It's ok. The app is cool. Workouts are a little too intense. Good to have if you're looking for this type of workout.

Easy to use. Has helped track progress ability to improve form with pushups and planks. My older kids enjoy it as well.

This is really good for helping a person who wants to perform quality workouts in doing a program; this couldn’t be easier in working your upper body, back, shoulders, chest, and triceps. I usually split these up in two-day sessions, but do planks for the core every day, that is my concentration area. Like any program there is a learning curve at first but with repetition you get used to using the mat and the smart counter. Definitely helps with proper form and targeting specific muscle groups. My only negative was the instruction implied to download the Fit Monster app from the Apple store. I did and that app has nothing to do with using the push up mat or its smart counter. I do not like apps that I have to register with my E-mail; I have enough workout apps and just deleted it off my phone, since it wouldn’t let me bypass the registration screen. Overall, this is excellent product, solid and portable and would have been nice if a carry and storage bag was included with it.

Good design and good value for money. Grips work well and feel sturdy. Assembly takes about 30 seconds and you’re good to go. Great for home workouts. Mat has a bit of a funky smell but it goes away once it airs out.

works great. a few different modes on the controller but i just use it to keep count for me. the mat is just got patterns on it, but isn't required. the smarts are all in the remote. it's got a distance sensor so once you know about where it needs to lay you can skip the mat and just leave the controller under you. same with the handles, you don't need though however they can help with wrist pain in some/all positions.

My husband's job requires that he perform a certain number of push ups in a certain timeframe every six months or so. He doesn't have much of a problem doing them, but he does forget to train specifically for push ups. Anyway, having this out reminds him to take a few minutes each day to knock out his required number in the timeframe, and to push himself to see how much further he can go.I like that it rolls up, so it can be put away and not take up space. It doesn't need the same space as a folding board, which I prefer. I like that it's fabric, thick neoprene, I think, so I don't have to worry about it breaking. It's easy to use. There are shapes on the fabric to show where to put your hands, so you can maximize your workout. It comes with little handles, which he doesn't use, but I do.It's working out well at keeping him to a routine, and inspiring me to give it a try. I have arthritis in my hands and I feel like the handles do help with that some. The price is great for the tool that it is. It's simple, fits anywhere, and is useful for someone wanting to train up and get it done right.

This is an interesting way to change up the workout routine. It works well and has a few different workouts programmed. The remote piece is placed in front of/underneath you and it has a sensor that can tell when you've done a pushup. While the handles aren't really needed, they do help with wrist pain...that's something I really struggle with, so I actually like them a lot. I like that it rolls up and stores easily. The mat is pretty good quality.

I’ve been using this push-up board for a couple of weeks and I really like it. The handles are sturdy, the board is easy to fold and store, and the counter is a nice touch to track reps. It helps keep my form right too. Definitely a solid option for home workouts.
