08-03-2026Samsung Rating Not Amazon. 3.5 overall from previous experiences especially with smartswitch.So far battery holds up not not much app activity running in pulldown notifications saves battery drainage. Handset is impeccable not taken any photos yet. Been longtime customer, but smartswitch appears to be getting worse month after month...connected both fones together smartswitch did Not transfer usual messages contacts etc. Now have use another program "Kit" to fix and organize the backup which samsung as an organization lacks Cannot Save Backups even if backed up yesterday reason Unknown(smartswitch.) Awesome Amazon Thanks and Happy Holidays!

08-03-2026Be ware! I bought the phone unlocked but came with AT&T and I'm having a very hard time truly unlocking the phone! Do not buy unlocked if you're not 100% sure on software information -> service provider software information that doesn't say: ". . . /ATT", or other carrier that's not yours because then it's locked and won't get any updates, even if the sim card works from your carrier. It also arrived very late.

08-03-2026Phone arrived unlocked and in good working order. There was one visible scratch on the screen that I didn't expect, but I reached out to the sellers who apologised and worked with me. Other than that, excellent phone and I hope to enjoy it for years to come (I don't update my phone regularly)!!!

08-03-2026Was told by multiple carriers that the phone was locked and it wouldn't connect at first, but it ended up working anyway. Phone is in great physical condition and looks brand new. Everything working great now.

08-03-2026It looks like a new phone. One year old phone for less than half the price of when it was new last year. I installed all my apps. Very nice phone. Excellent camera. I would recommend this seller if your looking for a great buy.
