I’m very pleased with this item. It is sturdy, well made. It was easy to assemble, easy to adjust settings. It is a practical item that helps me to work out when I don’t have time or desire to go to the gym.

It's solid and stable, easy to fold, and I love the adjustable headrest ，such a thoughtful design! Super convenient to have this at home. Whenever I want to work out, I just head down to the basement. Great for full-body workouts and perfect for home use!

This workout bench is exactly what I am looking for. Sturdy and easily fold away. Doesn’t take up any space. The built in band is added bonus, can do way more resistant workouts. Overall I am very happy about the product. Will recommend to anyone is in the market for one, and a nice addition for a home gym.

This adjustable weight bench is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It feels very sturdy and stable, easily supporting heavy weights without wobbling (rated for 660 lbs, and it shows). The adjustable headrest and multiple incline/decline settings make it versatile for full-body workouts—great for presses, rows, sit-ups, and more. I really like how quickly it folds up; it doesn’t take up much space when stored, which is perfect for smaller workout areas. The padding is comfortable yet firm enough to provide good support. Great value for the money. This was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I have not noticed noticed any shaking or wobbling and I like that the headrest is adjustable because I am a 6’2 man. Folds up pretty small so perfect for storage when not using.

I was not expecting a weight bench to be this price and quality. Probably one of my best finds this year and super easy to put together. The bands are kind of eh but I didn’t purchase it for them it was just a free add on.

The bench itself is solid — the adjustments are quick, and the headrest is a nice bonus for comfort during workouts. However, the included straps broke on the first use, which was disappointing and made that feature completely useless. The bench is still functional and decent for the price, but the overall quality could be better, especially for the accessories.

The bench came in big box, quite heavy. It's quite easy to assemble, took me like 20mins to complete. It's feels good quality, with all connecting parts very accurately connects. Has multiple angles to adjust for the back. Can work on different positions using weights. Quite alright and affordable.

The bench is great, I like that it is foldable and I can easily put it away under the bed or in my closet that is out of sight. Very stable when completely set up with the pins in place. Super easy to take apart and put together.The only draw ack is that the bands it comes with is of low quality and hard to adjust for proper use. Also, the band is only one set resistant so, once you get use to it, you cannot go up in resistant to continue building up your strength.The price for the bench is reasonable and work for my home gym.I would not say the bench is for heavy lifting as there are no rack to place your barbell.

Picked this out for my husband! It is very sturdy, we are impressed by the quality and ease of folding. Assembly is simple and it is a great value for money. He says it is also comfortable to work out on with great padding.
