I can make it small enough to comfortably fit my 3 year old, or large enough to fit myself as a plus size woman.there is a front pocket, a larger full bag pocket with a few little pockets inside, as well as a back pocket. It holds everything perfectly.

There's a side back pocket that's pretty useful, and it has a great amount of space to carry essentials.. The strap is a decent size for a smaller frame - it worked well for my niece but my chest was a bit too full for wear so I would maybe caution against this for an adult.
