08-03-2026These shorts from Hanes are really nice for working out. They are very form fitting with a high waist and lots of stretch. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing them out of the house, but I only work out at home so that isn't a problem for me.I ordered in 'cool grey' which is a medium gray with an almost olive undertone to it. The fabric is thicker than I expected which was a nice surprise! Even though the fabric is thicker, it still has a lot of stretch to it. The fabric has a lot of stretch to it but is still structured enough to help you feel pulled in, especially while doing cardio, hiit, etc.

08-03-2026These leak protection exercise shorts are soft and comfortable with a high rise waist. Honestly to me they are more like underwear than shorts, but that's ok. The short inseam rides up on thick thighs but it's still comfortable. In addition to period protection, this would also be useful for people with weak pelvic floors that experience a little bladder leakage occasionally when exercising.

08-03-2026These Hanes bike shorts are awesome. They’re really soft and have great stretch, with a 3” inseam they are very short. Great for walking, cardio, running, cycling, or just chilling. The Built-in Underwear aspect is there but I still wear my regular underwear with these because I prefer cotton on my bum. And yes they are moisture-wicking which is nice for more intense workouts.
