08-03-2026Phone was probably stolen per T-Mobile service. It could not be activated with eSIM. I returned phone but was charged restocking fee. Amazon is fine with this scam (seller still made money and probably sold phone again). I will never use Amazon for buying phone or any major purchase.Got good phone at BestBuy.

08-03-2026I will never purchase an electronic device from Amazon again. The price seemed good compared to everywhere else i had seen but, the phone did not work properly and I am expected to pay a restocking fee for a product that does not work as it should. I troubleshooted with my carrier and samsung directly and neither was able to correct the hardware issue. The phone would not work on Wifi calliing and did not have a wifi calling function to be found. I performed system updates and believe this was a manufacture issue from this horrible amazon vendor. Stay away. I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I made the mistake of purchasing.
