Have to have a physical phone line to fax..
This was a refurbished printer and it works great. I even have the fax line set up. It came with 6 months of hp service.
This printer is awesome, the best I've ever had. It's not so compact, but I got a small side table to place it safely and it works like a charm. I work from home and use it daily for printing documents, labels, scanning and it even has a built-in fax setting. Well worth the investment!
Love this printer. Out of all the printers I’ve been through and my parents this was the easiest to set up and begin using. Highly suggest it for running a business
I had an hp on ink subscription for years and I loved it. My old 40$ printer which was probably over 8y old couldn't connect to our new 5g network (we didn't have a 2.4 option either) and it was time. So I got this at a good price. Set up was fast an easy, I Bluetooth to my phone which shared all my WiFi info with the printer (not like the old one which was a long process and needed a computer to physically be attached to). I went online and in a few clicks had it replace my old one on the subscription PLUS I still got 6 months free from the new printer. Right away I got a email saying they shipped me new ink since the ones that come with the printer are smaller. Impressed. Using it away from home was a breeze! I wanted to print an email and in the past this meant emailing the printer.. This time I hit the print option and clicked remote print and when I got home it was ready waiting for me. The quality is good. My husband has another brand with work that is one of those massive office ones at home and this prints better quality than his. I love that for the price it even has 250 sheet tray too. Usually cheaper printers have a feed on top that holds 10 at best. Very happy and I recommend it with the monthly subscription. If you don't subscribe you'll end up paying more for ink and in that case look for a laser printer or a refillable printer instead. Personally, I love it just arrives at my house before I even know I should be thinking about more ink.
I needed a new printer, and I was a little sceptical about purchasing a refurbished printer, but so far, so good! I love HP products, so I am a little biased. I am satisfied with my purchase. I did encounter a 'set-up incomplete' message, but it eventually cleared; I honestly don't know what I did.I love the 5 months of free ink. I thought it said 6 months, I guess the one in the box was also counted.
This was the easiest HP printer I ever had the pleasure to install. The hardest part was taking it out of the box. I plugged it in and it pretty much installed itself. I didn't have to enter any info. Wifi installed itself. Maybe its because my past printer was a HP, I don't know. It has passed every test. Color pics are great. No problems with anything. Get one.
It works quite nicely, but set up sucks, It's just terrible. It took roughly 2 hours of bouncing between websites & assorted links to set up drivers for 2 different PC's.t Here's hoping it outlives my last HP printer which ran for 4 years trouble free before it finally died from a small plastic piece broke in the paper feed mechanism. Also what is this crap about having chips in the ink carts to raise the prices.
It works pretty well. Easy to set up the wireless printer which connected pretty easily. My devices detected it just fine. I was not able to use the app on my tablet, however, as it seems not to be compatible with my Fire tablet, but connects fine with my phone and Chromebook. One issue I had was opening the cover to put the ink in. It was stuck. I had to press this little button in the corner to lift it open. I did not like this as I was afraid I might break something trying to get that open as I was initially trying to force it.The printing is fast. Tho, I notice when I turn the machine on it takes a minute, or so, to reset it itself. The plastic all over isn't exactly robust. It's made from recycled materials. However, I just try and be gentle with it. I like that it has a paper tray. The first printer I've ever had that has that. It's also the first HP printer I've ever had. The quality of the printing is fine and sharp.Overall a good buy for my next printer. I hope it lasts a few years as my previous ones did.
Works wonderfully, every detailed needed it has it.Happy with my purchase :) a little big on size so just make sure you have a steady good location for it
First one I got wouldn’t shut off. The second one had a faulty touch screen. The printer itself is probably fine, but the refurbished ones, in my experience, seem to be sub par. Luckily Amazon takes care of their customers and a refund is always possible. But I wouldn’t recommend this printer if it’s refurbished. Would not give this even 1 star but unfortunately I guess there is a 1 star minimum.
If I could give this printer a 0 star, I would. Both the printing and scanning features are absolutly infuriating. My partner and I wasted so much time trying to use it. We have both had multiple printers in the past, and never struggled like this. I had a 7 year old HP printer that worked well up until a month ago and had to change it because the print quality started to fail. This printer prints great quality, when it prints....the connection is terrible between our computers and whatever program is in the printer. We have to restart the printer and our computers multiple times just to try to get it to work. My partner complained to his friend about it and we discovered that they also bought the printer and struggle with the same issues. We cannot use this, and we are changing printer brands
La impresora cumple los requerimientos de una oficina por todas las funciones que tiene, ademas HP siempre ofrece actualizaciones para optimisar su funcionamiento.
