Although our dumbbell weight set is equipped with double security locks to prevent the weight block from slipping during the exercise, it still can achieve 1-second weight adding or removing.

08-03-2026I got these during Prime day because the adjustable set I have is too big for my shorter arms. These are good & compact. The design is so nice looking, and it is easy enough to add/remove weights. Some of my plates were scratched, scuffed and had weird imprints on them. The seller did reach out to me & sent a replacement, which I am extremely happy with! These are perfect for what I needed & the customer service is great!

08-03-2026I love these - They are easy to use and perfect for adding weight to your home workouts. They aren't super heavy, but if you want to make one heavier, you can just add more of the add-on pieces to one of the dumbells.

Uso em casa e ainda levo comigo para viagens porque acabaram as desculpas para deixar de treinar! Um pouco caro por ser uma compra internacional, mas pensando que foram 4 halteres em 1 (ou até mais quando você usa um único halter pode incrementar mais peso), no final acabou saindo o mesmo preço de comprar vários halteres de pesos diversos.Super recomendo!

08-03-2026After tons of research on the perfect dumbbells, I found these beauties. They come in so many cute colors; it was hard to decide which ones to get. I settled on the white. So far,they apppear very sturdy and well constructed. I love that they can be adjusted, but wish they came with a storage case. Attaching the extra weights can be a bit tricky, but I think it just takes some practice. Hearing the click when adding a weight is a reassuring sound.The fact that they are square rather than round is a good design feature as they won't roll on the floor. The lb markings on each weight attachment is so helpful. (I don't understand the reviews that said they weren't marked). The metal textured grip makes them safer to use.Since I haven't used them much yet, I cannot comment on long term use or how well the locking system will hold up under repeated use. I will update this review if my experience w/these changes.

08-03-2026I really like these weights. They are compact and when adding more weight, they stay on and feel solid. The handle is comfortable too.I find using weights is the best for me. Using bands, I am never sure if I am pulling hard enough to match the weight. With weights, I know. Would recommend.

Decreasing Weight: Follow the arrows to push the movable block A in the indicated direction, then, without releasing, rotate the counterweight block 45° in the direction shown by the arrow to remove it.
Increasing Weight: Align the counterweight block with the main body in the direction indicated at a 45° angle as illustrated. Rotate it into place until the latch automatically resets as indicated by the arrow.
