It has enough wind speed to feel the difference
So far it works great. It does have a hum when in use but I don't mind it at all it's not loud enough to make you not hear conversations around you (and I can never hear conversations in the first place, so that says a lot), the cooling spot is nice it's just a metal circle at the top that collects condensation from the cold air it blows and the warm air around you, it is small but nice.To the designers maybe if you added a cooling section to the neck park of the string that holds it around the neck could be an added bonus feature.
I got this after watching a YouTube review on personal waist fans. It has some good features such as wind speed and the size. But other than that, it kind of sucks for real world use.First off the belt clip really sucks. It hardly holds onto the belt tight enough. I work in an ER and wear scrubs and also a belt. I tried this at work and within the first few minutes, it popped off my belt and hit the ground. It was waist level and it made the fan blade pop off. Few minutes of use and it was already broken.Had to take it apart and push the fan blade back into the motor..The clip for your shirt is just as bad.The cooling disk is a gimmick. It doesn't cool the air coming from the fan. It is cold to the touch and that's the point, I guess. To stick it directly to your face or arm or whatever. But it's not that big to begin with so I really don't see how it's useful. IF it also made the air temp a bit cooler or something then it would make sense. The fan battery went from right out of the box at 91% and went down to 50% with me using it on and off on my 12 hour shift. I went to charge it today and it goes from 50 to 94 fairly quick. But then.. It just sits at that level. For hours now its been plugged in and its only 98%. So the last top off of the batteries takes forever. The noise level is good. Its not very loud even on the highest speed.Overall I'll probably return it? I hate the belt clip. It just isn't made well enough for belt use.
I bought the Uoiai Handheld Portable Fan for travel and everyday use, and I’m really impressed. For such a compact fan, it puts out a strong, steady breeze that keeps me cool on hot days. The battery life is great — it lasts several hours on a single charge, and the USB charging is super convenient. I also like that it’s lightweight and fits easily in my bag, making it perfect for outdoor events, workouts, or just keeping at my desk. It’s surprisingly quiet, too, which I really appreciate. If you need a portable fan that’s both powerful and easy to carry, this one is a great choice.
Saw this on a YouTuber who works projects on farms. He recommended it and I can honestly say I agree. It has an active cooling zone / plate that makes the air feel colder. The fan is strong and comes with 4 levels. The battery remaining is displayed in a percentage so you know how much time you have left. It does have a fairly loose shirt clip (to keep the fan blowing under your shirt) but that can be fixed with some tape or maybe velcro. The charge time is 3 to 4 hours and uses a usb c so it’s pretty decent. For the price, you can’t beat it. It’s slick, easy to use, and works well at cooling you off.
I bought this fan and did not regret it for a minute. It really saves in the heat - it is conveniently attached to the belt, your hands are free, the air flow is very powerful! Even at medium speed it cools perfectly. At full speed it works for several hours without a break (I lasted about 6 hours). Charging is fast, there is an indicator, it is convenient to monitor the battery level. Ideal for walks, working outdoors or at home if there is no air conditioner. I recommend it to
Great fan, keep it on my desk at work for addl cooling. Quiet enough to not bother my office mate. Don't expect a air conditioning effect, but does take the edge off. I have used outside on a moderately humid day and was very pleased! Comes with a very adjustable lanyard, but worked best on pants or a purse strap. Very portable and a good fan speed. Decent battery life at lower fan speeds.
I appreciate the strength of the air, that it's rechargeable and that you can wear it. It helped me out when staying at a rental where the A/C wasn't working properly. I also liked that I could plug it in and run it all night. I HAD hoped the cooling plate would be strong enough to overcome the hot air in a car with no A/C, but that was a bit too much for it.
Great little fan. I put it around my neck and it blows in my face nicely. Has different speeds which I like and the ice feature. It's not ice cold, but cools nice during a hot day. Would by again
