I would love to give 5 stars if the following did not occur:1) The package is extremely hard to unbox, and it took me very hard work to pull the desktop out2) The monitor cannot be detected unless I reboot the computer using r button.3) The rear port does not look to have good build, and the quality look roughAfter all so far it works fine.The price is great, and overall it definitely deserves 4 stars out of 5Updates: the machine is actually defective with the defective ramsHowever, the customer service agrees to send a replacement, so I am going to keep this rating for now

Great gaming computer with fantastic graphics card, good processor, and enough space!

Dear Sirs @Amazon and @MSI:Imagine my absolute dismay when I pulled the system out of the box and then the bag to see dust showing up all over the system as well as an ABS and Cooler Master logo on the front indicating a highly USED system. (Upon further inspection it became apparent that it was MUCH worse). The dust was all over the intake and exit ports on display card and power supply. I looked at the back of the machine and saw the name as well as a display card that appeared to be quite old with a Dual link DVI port, 3 Displayport 1.4 ports and 1 HDMI port. Opened the case and took some photos of the dust, the 600w power supply, Zortek 1080 video card. You can see all the photos. Likewise, the back of the case had a label for the machine, ABS Bearcat Barrage ALI20.Someone should initiate an investigation for theft and fraud at one or both of your processing centers. I noticed that the price was another $250 for the same system when they offered an initial refund. I tried to get a replacement for this system but that was refused at the same price. I offered to buy another MSI System at the price that I purchased it the day before but they could not do that. Asked for a compensation because this was such a blatant fraud/theft to offset the price increase and that was refused. Only option provided was that they will give me a refund in a few weeks after I return this fraudulent system. I could not wait that long so I had to purchase another system.Honestly given this incident of fraud/theft at one of your processing centers and the lack of compensation for a MAJOR issue on your parts, I bought another brand.

Works well when my son is gaming and he says it never gets warm. It runs cool on all of his games. He did have some updates from MSI and Nvidia which help it run even better. Had some tweaking with the monitor he bought separately because the graphics card was so good, the monitor settings needed to turned up a bit. Playing all games at between 100 to 150 fps with no noticeable latency. At original price it's not a deal but we got somewhere around 800 dollars off during prime days back in early August. It's also fairly quiet and no problems thus far.

I would like to preface by saying Amazon has the incorrect photo for this item. After checking the specs myself, I also confirmed with MSI I received the correct product based on the serial and model number. I also showed them the link and they informed me that the listing is showing the liquid cooler version of this PC instead of the air cooling version being sold. I was a bit disappointed to be honest, but I still love the computer and I am very happy with it so far. This will be super easy to upgrade for anyone wondering. I didn’t even need to remove the GPU from to get my secondary SSD installed. I will say, I wish this one had the heatsink for the hard drive as the one in the photo shows, but I believe that can be purchased separately if needed. Anyway, it’s a great PC, works well for what I need which is gaming and content creation, and will be easy to upgrade over time.

This PC has exceeded my expectations and runs every game I own very smoothly. I was worried about the processor being slower than my i9 14900k but changing one setting in the bios puts it 8k points over my previous CPU while still running at about 73 degrees Celsius at full load with only air cooling. The 14900k pretty much ran at 100 degrees constantly, which is what Intel throttles the temperature at, unless you use a program like ThrottleStop to reduce heat.I play Star Citizen and it's one of the most demanding games out there. This PC has no problem running it.I highly recommend this computer, especially at the sale price.

Great purchase, no regrets so far though there was rattling on the inside so I opened her up and I have an extra screw lol love the carrying case it came with seriously the fast booting computer I owned so far. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality built by a reputable company!

Im ready to help NASA send the astronauts to MARS with this thing. One of the best pre built gaming PC's you can get today! Looks great, runs great, all my friends are jealous. What are you waiting for? Treat yourself....
