Destroyed PC, got a pc with no cushioning in the box, no glass side panel, components all over the box. Do not recommend MSI or Amazon for PC products. Called and tried to just get an honest replacement and they denied it, as it was through a 3rd company party and not Amazon. They did not honor their sale, did make any sort of reimbursement for a different style PC, did not work with me at all because they are greedy and just wanted me to buy another more expensive PC.MSI support was useless as well just blaming Amazon and taking no credit or giving any support to their loyal customers.

Everything seems well put together, runs games well. Upgraded ram as soon as it arrived. And like some of the other reviews you'll see i will mention it does only have 2 ram slots not the 4 that is advertised. Will update my review if anything changes.

It's true, my pc mother board has only 2 ram slots, not 4 as stated in description.Everything else seems fine, easy set up, up and running in no time. For the price its got what I want, not sure if 2 ram slots will be a problem. I see that you can upgrade memory with 2 16gb/DD5, at least I think so. Will post later when I cross that bridge.Went to the MSI web sight to find a manual download, I found the drivers page but no PDF.Update; No MSI splash screen on startup + BIOS = black screen no matter how you try and bring it up. It's there you just cant see it. working on that one. I have the 32gb ram kit but can't install it till I solve the black sreen issue.Update2; New display port cable fixed the BIOS page black screen. I now get the dragon splash startup screen and can log into BIOS. I talked with an MSI tech and he said the memory should be plug&play but be sure and match the MT speed Which is what I did. The increased RAM greatly improved a game I play alot visual graphics. No more shakey screen when I move around. I'm done!

I don’t play high demanding games. The only game I play is World of Tanks and it does it on the standard client with maxed out settings. I have not tried it on the high definition client but I imagine it would do just fine.

This thing is awesome. I run my own company and don't really game very much, but ChatGPT recommended this build to me to super power my business. It came time to upgrade from my old machine that wasn't compatible with Windows 11. After getting through the growing pains with the changeover, I absolutely love the power this rig brings. It looks awesome on the desktop, I have started running a couple games and they all run awesome. I'm trying to figure out how to even bog this thing down because it does everything so fast. I feel like I got a really good deal for what they sold it for.I'm glad I listened to my AI suggestion and bought this machine. It's already paid for itself in saved time. I now have an increased capacity to focus my attention on other problems. Thank you so much.

purchased two of these to replace self-built gaming machines following a house fire. I've been building gaming machines for 25 years. Never bought a pre-made system myself. I consider this an act of humility :). Only because I don't have the tools or workspace to do it myself, not being able to live at home at the moment.Pros:1. I love the top vent cover. It goes across almost the entire top, and is magnetically attached. very flexible and easy to remove for cleaning.2. Performance for the dollar is spectacular.all settings at maximum:-- I can play pubg on my 2K display at the monitor's max of 180FPS, consistently.-- Elder Scrolls Oblivion Remastered, even with HDR and ray tracing, 60-70 FPS consistently.3. Lighting is beautiful. The included MSI app is very easy to operate to choose different light patterns and colors. The only issues I have, I found consistently across brands:1. I couldn't find a gaming system with 5.25 bays. I previously had BDXL drives, and none of the newer pre-built systems have 5.25 bays, so I'll be using my external USB drive2. Adding storage. The wire management at first glance is fantastic. only when you remove the non-window side panel do you see where they crammed all the extra wires for other devices, along with some tiny space for hard drives or SSD's. I have big man-hands and had a little trouble pulling out the cables I want, and then trying to fit them back in once I'd connected one of my salvaged SATA ssd's. I think moving forward, I will buy a PCI-E M.2 card, and add an M.2 drive instead, if not just for speed, but so I don't have to deal with the cabling.3. Bloatware. I was surprised to find Norton still rearing its ugly head. it was the first to go, followed by the Office 365 trial. The latter could not be easily removed from the add/remove programs. it listed every available language as one to be removed. I ended up downloading a tool I use from work: Office Scrubber. A utility from Microsoft that runs a separate script to remove all things office.4. non-back panel ports. I'm not a fan of ports on top of the case. Practically ensures they'll get caked with dust if something isn't always plugged in. Considering getting dummy USB port inserts.5. Still has some USB 2.0 ports. WHY on earth!? I have two 8TB drives I use to back up movies, family photos and videos, and once one is updated, I use Free File Sync to update the other drive. I found myself with a countdown timer of days, only for me to realize one of them was connected to a 2.0 port. Switched to the USB 3.2 ports, and it was down to less than 30 minutes. (also has a PS/2 port...again WHY?)Final note: Not the fault of the system, but still noting it since the componentry is part of the issue. For best refresh rate on your screen, use DisplayPort. the HDMI version on this board is slower than DisplayPort.Overall, VERY satisfied. again Bought two of these, one for me and the wife.
