I really wanted to love this laptop. The build quality is premium, no complaints on the hardware side at all.But the Windows experience? Total disaster.Right out of the box, Windows Updates dragged on for hours. Multiple times. At one point, the system just froze mid-update, forcing me into recovery mode to reinstall Windows. Tried again, hoping it was a fluke, same garbage. Endless updates, system hanging, and a laptop I couldn’t actually use.I didn’t drop this kind of money to become a part-time IT technician. Ended up returning it because I’m not babysitting Windows every time it decides to break itself.
Wow a beast in a small box
First coming back to PC after many years with Mac, this was good option to go with. The all metal frame maintains the same build quality I’m used to with Mac but now with gaming capabilities!
My Razerblade is AMAZE-BALLS! Thank you!

Absolutely stunning build quality and style.Excellent performance, amazing screen. This device really is something.
This is easily the best laptop that I have ever owned. I use it for gaming but also for doing edits on high-resolution images. The processing speed and graphics capabilities are phenomenal. It's also small and highly portable without excessive hassle.
The battery drains too fast, the trackpad isn't working correctly.less than five hours out of the box it keeps restarting by itself. All the updates were installed. Ram is always around 90% usage even with everything closed.I didn't even install the first game yet.Razer software is not optimised, eats 2 gigs of ram by itself. The reliability of this blade 14 is doubtful, I gave it the benefice of the doubt and it did let me down.Too bad because the keyboard is the best I ever used on a laptop, the screen is bright with beautiful colors and the chassis is very premium. But I think the cons overweight the pros by a lot.
As a gaming laptop it's decent. What i dislike the most is the fixed ram. If you want more, you're out of luck.
La compre para un sobrino y esta maravillado cin las prestaciones, y rapidez decesta laptop
Day 1 and it already broken. Did the initial windows 11 setup and then it got stuck in "just a moment" screen for over 3 hours. Everytime I restart it it does the same thing. This thing is never going to start up is it?
A well made laptop with a nice keyboard and trackpad. Fans kick in a little more often than I would like especially when doing very little. The work around is to change performance modes but these modes are unavailable when running on battery, you're forced to use Balanced. It ran ARC Raiders exceptionally well at I could get around 60fps running at 1200p resolution with Epic settings. If I utilized NVIDIA DLSS 4 then these speeds would go over 100fps with almost no loss in quality. To be honest I was quite amazed at how well NVIDIA DLSS 4 works. The GPU only has 8gb of RAM which might not sound like a lot, but I think DLSS will help keep this running the latest games for a good few years, it's *that* good. The only real let down for me is in the software. Razer's suite of software feels a little spammy with lots of upselling and installing multiple storefronts and apps when they're not really needed (Razer Axon, Razer Cortex, Razer Chroma etc.). The THX Spatial Audio did not work at all, it just says "THX Stereo" and there's no way to change it. And the aforementioned software limitation when running on battery is weird; I should be able to run in Silent mode (lowest power) when on battery doing basic stuff.Overall, a nice machine.
