08-03-2026Installation took about 20-30 minutes single handedly.I am 5.5 height and 110lb weight.The bench itself is very rugged and I expect it to last a long time. The back support is good.What I liked about this bench is the ability to adjust the leg extension and also adjustment of the preacher curl pad. That feature is often not there in most of the benches.The angle of the leg extension could be better so as to let the leg go a bit back but it’s ok.The preacher curl pad is wide enough unlike most other similar items and that’s good also.The bench is foldable so that’s a big plus for apartment living. Can stow it away and it won’t occupy a lot of space.Now the negatives1. The cover feels flimsy and not sure how long it will last. Time will tell.2. The folding is not simple. One needs to detach the leg extension and the preacher curl attachments first or it’s rather big. The folding is also not very compact.Overall, for the cost of 125 USD, it’s worth it.

08-03-2026Reçu rapidement, bien emballé et parfait état. Très facile et rapide à assembler. Environ 30 minutes ! Semble être solide pour les besoin d'un Gym à la maison. Je ne l'ai pas encore essayé vraiment mais il semble très polyvalent pour plusieurs exercices. Je recois mes plaques de fonte vers la fin de la semaine, je reviens avec plus de commentaires dans les prochaines semaines/mois.

08-03-2026Decent bench. A little too pricey. Movement is limited depending on the surface you have it on because there’s no wheels. The bench is sturdy during controlled movements. It was fairly simple to set up as well. I have not tried folding it yet but all the parts do come off for better storage. I do like the material they used on it. Definitely a bench I could sleep on.
