I have not used it for packing yet, but the construction appears to be sturdy and the lines make it look like a sleek small suitcase suitable for use as carry-on luggage for flights. The interior looks the same as a typical larger suitcase with belts to hold your belongings and clothing in place and specific areas for smaller items so they are not loose in the case during travel. I am a little concerned about the locking system as the two small arms on the lock stick out, are plastic and look like they could break off if the bag is ever handled as a piece of luggage going into the hold of the airplane.Overall it appears to be a good value for the cost, it rolls smoothly and if used as a carry-on should not get scratched. Material thickness appears to be at least average.

I purchased this carry on for my recent 2+ week trip to Europe, which included 7 flights. Although it fit easily in every aircrafts overhead bins, I did check it twice: once at the gate to accommodate the small plane's available space and once when we were only allowed one personal item. So it went through the full luggage checking experience once but the gate check was a simpler procedure and it was waiting for me as I exited the plane. Overall the suitcase came through without serious harm, which surprised me as it feels very lightweight! But aside from a few minor scratches that I will attempt to buff out, it's in perfect condition, so the quality is above what I anticipated! The wheels worked very well, although I didn't need to challenge them on any cobblestone streets. They gave a little hiccup going over some thresholds but I learned to slow down and give the case an extra tug and it performed well. I like having the two sides separated, keeping my packing my organized. The only added feature that would make it perfect would be another handle on the second side. As it is, when fully packed, the weight of the side without a handle really pulls it over awkwardly and I'm afraid that in time that might break down the long side of the case. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase!

Good luggage. Seems sturdy and is just the right size for traveling. Wife bought a carry on but was smaller than this one so all sizes are not the same. This one is exactly the maximum size for carry on on American Airlines.

true to size, rolls with ease, color was spot on, inside was great with the 2 compartments. i only wish the exterior was alittle harder, tougher, more solid. but otherwise. excellent bag.

This bag is 100% the greatest carry on bag. I see some bags SAY they are carry on size but when you look at the details they are NOT. This bag is exactly fit to carry on specs (including handle and wheels). It has dividers and straps to help keep things organized. It does not have all the weird 'chargers' and 'cup holders'. The swivel wheels work great, it's lightweight, and does the job perfectly. Oh! and the price is absolutely spot on. Don't spend more money on some 'name brand' that claims to be better. Perfect bag, perfect size, and perfect price. You're welcome! Bon Voyage!

Great luggage! 5 airports going across the country and they held up so well! Great compartments. They zip up nicely and there's an extra zipper to make it expand if you need more room. It fit the United carry-on requirements and didn't have any problems going thru airport security. I got a purple one for me and a blue one for my spouse. They rolled really great! We had to go through multiple airports due to lots of layovers and we traveled over night without sleep for over a day. They moved so smoothly on every type of airport flooring and even out on tarmac. Several airports we went to had construction areas and thank goodness for these. I was ready to drop and if I had my old luggage, I don't know how I would have gotten through it. Would recommend!

Love this! I traveled with this once and had it checked for free. I was pleased it did not have any scratches. This bag holds a week of clothing, maybe 10 days if items are light. The pouch comes in handy. I purchased a green one for my son and the silvery blue for myself. Glides so nicely, it rolled away lol. This items appears to be more durable than most.The zippers are strong enough compared to other purchases I made in the past.

Bought 2 of these since our old small "weekend bags" no longer meet the airline's carry-on requirements. We have the larger size of these and love them. They are easy to pack, light weight, and very durable. They fit easily into all the overhead compartments we have encountered. As for security, the zipper can be opened with a pen, whether locked or not. This is true of all zippered luggage, not just these. The outside has not shown scratches from handling. Even our older bags, which get checked, have no damage thus far. I have had no problems with handles - either the fixed one or the extension one.
