08-03-2026This is a very good kit overall. There are variety of lures - hard baits, soft plastics, some spoons and even a few jig heads. Everything looks exactly as shown in the product pictures. It is a good value for the number of pieces you get.One thing I want to mention though. It just my personal concerns. While the soft plastic baits like worms and grubs are colorful and flexible - I personally would not use them. I have some concerns about fish accidentally swallowing them. Unless they are made from biodegradable materials, they might not break down naturally and could potentially harm fish or the environment if lost in the water.Otherwise it is a good beginner or backup set, this kit offers a great mix of options and would even make a fun gift for someone starting to explore fishing.

08-03-2026This little tackle box of various fishing "stuff" is a grab bag of goodies and also rans.1. Lures, pretty good, decent quality, there are 8 lures (including the frog). 5 spoons, 2 different minnows and the frog. These alone, if you bought them at a tackle shop would take care of more than the $20 you spent on this whole thing.2. BAITS - I love baits but I especially love the grub baits, rainbow trout seem to go for them.3. The really little rings, pivots, etc. - I will never use these, I don't trust the quality.4. The two utensils. - OK, if you don't have anything.. Most of us already have something better.All in all it is a decent kit. What did they miss? Weights, you can never have enough lead. I gave the kit 5 stars on value alone.
