08-03-2026I bought 3 tuxedos for my son (blue, gray, and brown). The blue and gray ones looked great and brand new, but the brown one was a huge disappointment. It was clearly used before being sent to me — the coat had stains, the pants had been manually altered, and it even arrived missing the bow tie. It’s obvious it was returned by someone else and resold without any quality check. So gross to receive something that was already worn.Very disappointing experience. For the price, I expect all items to arrive new, complete, and in good condition. Quality control really needs improvement.
