When I first bought this printer, I honestly wasn’t very happy with it. The print quality wasn’t as clear as I expected — especially for QR codes — and even after adjusting print density and trying different settings, it still didn’t improve much.I contacted the seller, they asked me to share a few sample prints to better understand the issue, and after reviewing them, they offered to send a free upgraded replacement printer. I really didn’t expect that level of service, and I appreciated it a lot.The new printer arrived quickly, and right out of the box I could see the difference. The prints are sharp, the barcodes and QR codes scan perfectly, and the setup process was simple and smooth. I’ve printed several batches of shipping labels now, and every one looks professional.Throughout the process, the customer service team stayed polite, professional, and genuinely helpful — something that’s honestly rare these days.Overall, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. The replacement printer performs great, and the company clearly stands behind its products. Highly recommend both the printer and the seller!
I cannot get enough stars for this printer. I’m happy with the fast printing, no label jams, reliable, time saver, and most importantly it’s Bluetooth, no more connecting to my laptop to print shipping labels. I downloaded the Munbyn app which was super easy to set up an account and I was printing right then. The app also has pre set labels, stickers, bar codes, you can even print your own pictures! This printer is a perfect and handy addition to my small business. I recommend you invest in this printer.
Great thermal printer! Did a lot of research before buying this one. This is my first. So simple to use. Creating your own stickers is real easy either via the app or on the website. I also use Canva to create stickers. They have great templates and designs. Bluetooth on Mac was weird at first. But once you have it synced via Bluetooth and have the computer added as a printer on your Mac it should always recognize it so long as the printer is on and within range and the Bluetooth on your Mac is turned on. I thought the light on the printer HAD to be blue while saying it was connected to my Mac but it does not. When I send a job to the printer as long as it’s turned on and has been previously connected it will connect as soon as it receives a task. If it doesn’t work at first turn off your Bluetooth on your Mac for a minute then turn it back on. Well worth it for the price. Highly recommend!
I love this brand! I had the older Munbyn printer for about 3–4 years, and it worked great, but it was time for an upgrade. This new model is not only prettier, but also lighter and much easier to load stickers into. I use Munbyn’s thermal stickers as well, and everything works seamlessly. The app is super easy to use, and the printing speed is faster than before. As a small business owner, this is an affordable and efficient way to print custom stickers. Highly recommend, great tool and definitely worth the price!
I recently started using the Munbyn thermal printer for my home bakery, and I am in love. It prints clean, crisp, and beautiful labels that make my baked goods look so professional. The setup was super simple, and it’s easy to use—even when I’m rushing to finish orders. One thing to note is that since it’s a thermal printer, it only prints in black...so any color you want has to come from the label paper itself. Not a bad thing at all, just something to plan for if you like colorful designs. Also, because it uses heat, the labels can start to gray a bit if you’re selling outdoors in the summer heat.Other than that, the labels don’t smudge, the printer runs quietly, and I love how much it leveled up my packaging. My treats now look as good as they taste. Definitely worth the cost and extremely easy to use.
Replaced my Munbyn 941 thermal label printer after the calibration stopped working. Been using the RW403B for almost a month and I really like it. Overall, a much more efficient printer (less wasted label paper) and love the remote printing (fewer cables!).Pros* It only uses 1 label per print -- no more wasted blank labels cycling through before or after printing* Bluetooth connection. Doesn't use up a USB port space. One less cable on my desk.* Can print labels from my phone when I'm not at my desk* Small size. Takes up less space than the 941 model (see comparison photo)* Better price. Cheaper than my older model.Cons* Was a bit challenging to set up. The link to the driver on the manual went to a YouTube video. They since corrected the link, but it took my a long time to find this driver on my own!* Had trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my Mac. It kept showing it was connected but when I went to print, it would suddenly disconnect. I re-installed the printer and restarted my Mac a couple times. It mysteriously works now as a remote printer, even though it doesn't show up as "Connected" on my Bluetooth dropdown menu on my Mac. Weird.* Printed label is slightly lighter shade of black vs my 941 model. Still totally legible, just not as high contrast / rich black. It was easy to set up the Munbyn Print app and it works well. But I won't be needing this for my label printing - just using this to print PDF address labels for my business.
This label printer is soooooo easy to use! I use it for my baking business and I was able to easily design cute labels in canva and then print them off with this printer. There’s tons of fonts and emojis to choose from if you just want to design something with their software though. This machine was definitely worth every penny considering how easy it is to use and how quick it prints off all my labels!
