08-03-2026Works pretty good so far. Its pretty compact and lightweight. Slides under my bed. Standing on spikes takes getting used to unless you wear shoes. But I ride this thing barefoot. Beware that if you are on the 2nd + floor of an old building this or any excercise equipment might shake your room, squeek your floorboards and annoy your neighbors. This one does that less than my other vibe plate tho. The vibrations go from strong to very strong. Using vibration plates regularly for 2 months has really toned my thighs. And It helps maintain healthy circulation and blood sugar when you dont get enough excercise. If you are very overweight, make sure to get a machine rated for your weight, and get high compression garments. For the price, space, time and effort involved, vibration plates are probably the most effective way to improve or maintain your shape.

I have called Amazon who gave me a phone number for the company but they did not sell this product. When I tried to contact Amazon through an email did not receive a reply. I would prefer not to return this product but may have no choice.

08-03-2026I was hesitant to purchase this because it just seemed like a trendy device. I purchased it because I recently had total knee replacement and I was looking for something else for recovery. So far, I can only stay on it for 2-3 minutes at a time, but I can tell that I am having a decrease in pain and some help in flexibility with my knee. It is a great value for the money and it really is increasing my circulation!

It’s not only used for weight loss, also for strengthening muscles, arms and legs, maximizing the training effect. It’s very suitable for body shaping. I like it very much.

08-03-2026It's not real loud, I haven't found a lower vibrations yet. You have to put a towel on it or wear shoes the top is kinda spikey hurts your feet. Its a good size i don't feel like I'm going to fall off of it. It does have multiple settings. So far it works great. It's not heavy It's easy to move around.

08-03-2026This thing made me absolutely sick and triggered my vertigo. I now have to see a physical therapist to get the crystals back in my ear, to the correct spot. This throws your vestibular system out of whack. Beware. I wouldn’t wish vertigo on my worst enemy. It’s debilitating. The arms bands were great though. I used those while I was on this for the only time.
