08-03-2026Overall these are pretty cool. They are a nice weight and are indeed 8 pounds. Each plate is a little more than a pound so in total a little more than 8 pounds. Changing the weight can be a little tricky, the end piece is different than the others so you can’t lose them. You have to push a button them twist which is a little awkward. Getting them on is much easier, just line them up correctly. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of place to put the pieces you aren’t using. That is just asking for them to get lost. Also every time you change the weight you have to do a little mental math, not a big deal, just annoying. It would be nice to have a carrying case and possibly have the pieces labels with numbers to indicate total weight, not just one pound.

08-03-2026Perfect flexibility to be able to add and take away pounds, I walk with them and also regular lifting. The grip is great, and the twist and snap is easy peasy. The light purple color is icing on the cake.

08-03-2026I’ve been using these for my at-home workouts, and they’ve been great. The weight adjusts easily, and the grip feels really comfortable ... even when my hands get sweaty. The handle has a slight texture to it, so it’s easy to hold onto without slipping. They don’t take up much space, and they feel sturdy and well-balanced.For the price, you're getting a full set of adjustable weights that can be used daily without taking up room or needing a ton of dumbbells lying around. Just this one pair covers several weight ranges, so it’s like getting multiple sets in one. I looked at other adjustable dumbbells that were way more expensive, and honestly ... these do the same thing for a fraction of the cost! I’ve already used them more than I thought I would, and they’ve held up great with no signs of wear.They’ve saved me money on a gym membership and space in my house. For the cost, the quality and convenience are totally worth it. They're definitely a great value for my simple home workouts!

Would definitely be nice to be able to purchase extra weight plates separately, as I can already see the weight not being sufficient for me soon but maybe I’ll stick with “less weight, more reps” lolSize reference: I’m a lady with averagely sized hands
