My husband and I have been adding more workout equipment at home so we can still get our workouts in on days we don’t feel like going to the gym. I kept seeing these vibration plates and they all have great reviews so I finally decided to try one. This one was a great price and arrived pretty quickly and I don’t have even have prime. It’s lightweight, compact and portable, making it easy to use anywhere. It supports up to 300 lbs and has over 90 speed settings. The strong suction cups on the bottom keep it firmly in place during use, and the machine is very quiet which is nice. It comes with a remote, two resistance bands that hook to the bottom of the base, and a manual with simple instructions and suggested exercises. The plate features raised pressure point buttons for both feet and hands, and the large display is easy to read. There are five control buttons on the machine, but we just use the remote. My husband has been using it a lot since we got it and he loves it so far. Just 10 minutes on the plate helps loosen his muscles after walking. So far, we’re both very happy with this purchase!

I absolutely love it!! Can feel the firming in jiggly areas but I do it every day.

Couldnt use

I didn’t expect this to help so much with my neuro spiciness. It is built really well and feels very effective! It is so helpful when my anxiety kicks up and I need an outlet to relax. The price point is great and I love using it for workouts! I love that it comes with a remote- this is so handy so you’re not constantly bending down to adjust the settings. I love that there are so many options for working out. The guide that comes with it has suggestions, which really helped me get started. There are options where you can stand, sit, or put your arms or legs on it. It has suggested settings depending on your goals, which was really helpful with knowing where to start. All in all, it’s a great little gadget to have around for both working out and also your neuro spiciness.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. The vibration on this is amazing. I have been on several of them including professional ones from the spa that I go to. I love that it comes with a remote and you can control everything without having to stop and mess with it. It has really help me with the water retention. A plus is that my husband and kids also enjoy it.

Well, I'm not sure how to review this item. It seems to work fine. BUT it is NOT user friendly. The "manual" that comes with it tells you very abbreviated "instructions" that don't make the unit function as fully as it seems it should. There is no way I've found to choose the level of vibration OR the time activated, unless my remote or unit is not working properly. AND I have attempted to contact the company thru EVERY contact that is listed in the packaging materials and gotten zero response. I can't even activate my warranty because it says my "Order Does Not Exist" when I enter the information. Probably returning it. If I get contacted I will update review. *UPDATE* I have finally gotten a response from the company. They responded to this review, not to any of the emails I sent, but a response is a response! I did figure out how to get the settings as I want them, through repeated trial and error. Still not impressed with the "User Manual" as the instructions aren't great, but the unit works well and I do use it most days. They say that my warranty is activated, so I'm going to have faith that what they said is true.

This body vibrator seems to be working very well as needed ; I’m absolutely loving it ! First off, it feels amazing—almost like my body wants to shake itself awake ! It’s definitely a workout though, so take it slow at first or you’ll end up sore. I’ve been using it for about a week daily now, and I’m starting to see a difference ; I feel it boosts my circulation, support my digestion . I’m currently doing just 10 minutes a day and have only used the first two intensity levels. The third level is more intense . Good value !
