I ordered this vibration plate for many reasons being that I first off am on a weight loss journey, second that I tend to have a lot of fluid retention, and third I am always in pain. From what I've heard over the past few months is that a vibration plate is the answer to my problems. Well let me tell you, ten to twenty minutes on this thing a day and I feel so much better. I've only been using it about a week and a half but so far I have notice less pain in my knees, hips, and back, and a lot less fluid retention. I'm very excited to see what what it does for long term. The plate it's self is very well made and sturdy. There is a bit of a learning curve but I just messed with it until I found the settings that were right for me. It's also not as noisy as I thought it would be. It comes with a remote so your not bending for buttons, and it comes with resistance bands to tone your arms at the same time. I highly recommend this vibration plate not only for how well it works but for the price!

I got this vibration plate after my interest was sparked by using an expensive German machine that had a variety of vibration types, speeds, and intensities; and instructions that explained the science behind each, and what setting to use for specific exercises and goals. When I saw there were a number of affordable vibration plates on Amazon, I was eager to try one. I’ve been using this vibration plate for about a month and a half. It’s sturdily built, and presumably works as intended. I suspect it is similar in function to the many similar products on the market – though I don’t have access to others to compare. For a long time I was irritated at this product because of the scant, cryptic document that purported to be its instruction manual. Yes, products are made in China and English isn’t a first language. Yes, dozens of products I love came with awkward translations, but the difference is that I could tell what was intended and understand all the features of the product I had paid for and how to use them. This one is different. It is genuinely difficult to understand what the machine’s capabilities are and how to engage them. In the exercise section of the manual, we are told to “let the keen bending,” “let them distant,” “spare apart the legs, and “find others posture.” In the important section on troubleshooting, we are told that “Xiuxiu” or “Dada” are “normal working sound,” and that the reason for “Can’t operate normally” is “May execute commands too frequently.” “Programs” are mentioned by not explained. There is a line in the manual that says “Music+/Music-: Next Music / Last Music,” with no other mention of music or set-up.You could argue that unintelligible garble doesn’t matter. We can figure it out by trial and error. But when I got this machine it was selling for $100 ($99.99). That’s a lot to pay for a machine that doesn’t make the least attempt to explain its programs and features to its customers. The world is awash in over-educated English-speaking people (including under-employed graduate students and adjunct faculty) who – for an extremely modest sum -- could make this product completely comprehensible to consumers. I see that as of this writing this machine has since dropped significantly in price, which makes it a better deal.I’m giving this machine four stars overall because: 1) it seems to be sturdy and it vibrates, goes on and off, and changes speed. Those are the basics of what I need, and it does fulfill those needs; and 2) the price has dropped dramatically and is now – at $60 ($59.99) -- a more appropriate price.
