08-03-2026What a cool exercise device! This one gets your heart pumping! It can hold up to 450 lbs. so almost everyone can use this machine. I love that it has a design which shows you were to put your feet! It comes with a remote control so you can change time and setting while you are on it. It has- get this- 150 speed settings!!!! The display is so easy to read which is a big plus for me! It also comes with resistance bands for a full body workout. This was fun to use and I could feel my blood flowing. Just be careful when you get off as initially it felt a little funny walking after using it. I have only used a few speeds so far but it is a hit not only with me but for the entire family! It comes in a huge box so it is very protected when you receive it. It is compact, very sturdy, and stable. I have always had balance issues and I feel as it this device has improved this for me.

08-03-2026So, the functions are there. It sure vibrates and wobbles back and forth as you stand on it but this isn't a workout, at all. Quality is decent enough. Recommend wearing shoes and be near a wall or something to support your upper body weight. But! is this an actual workout machine? I'm saying no. I don't feel any burn. I'm not out of breath. Barely any sweat. More annoyed with how I feel at the end. This might tone your muscles MAYBE. I rather go for an actual speed walk a treadmill or bike ride. So 5/5 for it working as its supposed to. 1/5 for weight loss and improving your cardiovascular health, bringing the total to 3/5. But maybe loosen up your lymphatic drainage.

08-03-2026This vibration plate exercise machine peaked my interest. I’ve seen them on FB and thought I’d try it. It is like sitting on a washing machine on spin (I would assume). It does give an effective massage and was helpful after leg day. Different positions cause different muscles to be used, like squatting, plank, bent knees or straight legs. Definitely use the remote and stop the machine before changing your position or moving your feet. Can’t speak to weight loss or strengthening but does aid in recovery. Feels like getting off a motorcycle when you’re done. Could be good for circulation and digestion too. Feels solid. Easier to use than a handheld massage gun. Like it.
