08-03-2026This is a renewed(refurbished) phone. It arrived in just about perfect condition. No scratches or other imperfections are visible. It came well packaged. It works perfectly as far as I can tell. It comes with a 1 year Asurion warranty as an "Amazon Renewed" product. This is a steal at a little over half of what a new S25 costs here on Amazon.

08-03-2026Sold as unlocked but is incompatible with ESIMs for travel--good luck if you think you've got an UNLOCKED phone and happen to go to any other country. The seller will not help, it's simply not their problem. Verizon can't help, it's up to the buyer to pay for some other workaround. Sucks to land in an international airport and your gear simply won't work because it's been inaccurately advertised; one month of travel later and the return window closed. Here's your review for the buying experience. Hope this won't be as much of a surprise to anyone else as it was to me.

08-03-2026Great performance. Very fast. It is a bit smaller than my last phone, making the keyboard smaller. Tight but workable. Converting from old Samsung was more hassle and time consuming than expected. Almost none of my apps transfered. But a great value for a fast phone with good RAM and storage.

08-03-2026Phone works great, and got it activated without any issues.Screen has a very faint scratch across the screen only visible when it catches the light just so. I've put a screen protector on it which also has the benefit of completely hiding the scratch.Everything runs great, battery lasts all day. There's not health % easily visible but seems to be fine and given the phone was released recently I'm not worried about it.Highly recommend doing refurbished over new especially if you plan to add a case and screen protector to hide any minor flaws.

08-03-2026Just like brand new. No marks or problems with the phone. Came with transfer cable (USB-C) so I could migrate from my S-21 phone. Great value for a great phone. Only issue was phone was a Verizon phone. Already unlocked. Dropped my T-mo card in and off to the races once all of my files/apps had transferred.
