08-03-2026Is it just me, or does anyone else really not like shiny activewear? I’ve tried a few of these athletic skirts from different brands, and the material always ends up looking kind of shiny and, honestly, a little cheap in person. But these skirts are totally different! The fabric has a smooth, matte finish that actually looks nice—I’ve even worn them with regular, non-athletic tops, and they don't scream “activewear” at all.Fit-wise, they’re true to size. I have a 26-inch waist, and the small fits perfectly—not too tight, not too loose. If you prefer a lot of compression, you could probably size down (I could have worn an XS), but I personally don’t like things feeling super snug. Overall, I’m really happy with how these look and fit!

08-03-2026Pro: Nice length and brushed material outside. Good shape.Cons: shorts underneath needs a longer inseam or a different thread on stitching of leg/thigh hem. It squeezes while the fabric of the shorts have very little to no compression. So the only squeeze is coming from the hem stitching, very sausage feeling.

I got the espresso skirt, which I love, but can't make it a set because none of the tops come in the espresso color. This limits what I'm able to wear it with. I sized up for comfort - usually a size medium in bottoms and got a large.
