Upon arrival the box had the tablet and case, a very short cable, and nicely placed on the top... factory reset instructions on a card (which dont work) which should have been my first clue that this was gonna go downhill fast.This small tablet with case is pretty much just that. If you wanna use it as an e-reader that's about the only function it has without lagging. The size is small and the battery drains fairly quickly. Says 4+4 GB RAM expand but you can't. 2.4Ghz wifi ONLY which is good because this thing can't even handle the slow 7mbps from that. Its fairly chunky and heavy and would be a great paperweight. Sound quality is very poor. Overall tablet quality is extremely poor. Value for the money is spot on. You get what you pay for and this thing is dirt cheap.Usage--Bought a 200$ wifi cam system and just wanted a simple tablet to use to watch 4 cams on instead of our phones. I have a 10" gaming tablet that my wife D-Bo'd for the cams and I wanted it back. So I got this thinking it would suffice just to watch some 720p screens. Nope. The wifi cut in and out. The audio was horrible trying to hear my kid. And the quad core 1.0 processor couldn't keep up. Downloaded subway surf and it was like cheating because it was so slow you had all the reaction time in the world. Upon seeing that in the first hours I realized it was futile and held the power and volume to reset and it just lagged loading that so I went back in and factory reset it through the settings.Do not waste your time unless you want an e-reader only. Barely that...

i love my new tablet i have a few problems withy connecting to my high speed wifi at home, not to sure why I have really fast gaming wifi, but other than that my tablet is perfect, works perfect and it connects to my phone so I can get my text messages on it and my phone calls too.

Very good tablet my son uses it he 3. Slow response time when pressing buttons. It charges alot faster than it displays on the screen. Very much worth the money. Only been used for youtube nothing more.

It’s cool for offline games, otherwise the WiFi keeps dropping.I bought this as a tablet for my kids school. They can’t complete anything, because the tablet keeps losing internet.I purchased 3 of these, and they all do the same thing, no matter what WiFi source you connect to.

Absolutely terrible, yes it was cheap but not worth the hassle. Wifi was hard to get connected in the beginning, speed is awful freezes up and delays on touch screen, battery life is very poor, video chat was poor quality... don't recommend purchasing for any type of efficient usage. Again I know it's cheap but not good enough!

Bought this for my four year old. Small and slender and good value for money. I love the case for myself but may need to change it to a more shock proof case.

After talking to my granddaughter about her tablet I went with 3☆. When she first got it, it wouldn't turn on. And it's extremely slow. Other than all of that, it's perfectly OK.
