This is the only chef’s jacket I wear these days. The fit is great, it washes well and dries fast. Chef Works recently updated the design and added a mobile phone pocket on the right hip which has made it even better. What else could they do? They could give us a women’s zip instead of a men’s, on a woman’s jacket. Then it would get 6 stars.

Let's face it, kitchens are hot! The last thing you want to do is wear a heavy chefs coat working in a kitchen, particularly in Florida. Then, as a woman, I don't want to wear a mens chef coat that adds more weight on to me and makes my look like a blimp. These are cut for a woman's body, so you can feel like a woman, but still look professional while wearing it. I personally like to wear them with Sketchers leggings with pockets with compression knee highs underneath, but chef pants work great, too. I just need a bit of compression on my legs after doing this for 33 years.I have been wearing this particular cut for over 10 years and have had no zipper or stitching issues. I have worn these until they have started fading and have multiple bleach stains on them and just needed replacing. Cannot complain about durability here and I would highly recommend them.If you like to wear a shirt underneath, I recommend Amazon Essentials t-shirts. I don't wear them underneath because it just gets too darned hot in the kitchen here in Florida unless it is in the winter. They fit great underneath. The second picture is the very first one I ever bought. It was a men's cut because they didn't have my size in women's at the time. It is 10 years old and I use it for deep cleaning days now.I am 5'7", 180 lbs and wear a large. When I am down at my "healthy" weight I am 160 and wear a medium.

Nice material, thick but still comfortable in the kitchen. Had bought two other colors before i had to get the black one. slowly getting more colors because i love the fit and how comfortable they are. it has a pocket on the back and pockets on both sleeves for better functionality in the kitchen. I bought the same shirt in two other colors back in April this year and they are still going strong, I would say they are durable. color is accurate with picture in the gallery.

So I previously bought one of these to just try it and see how I liked the fit. Well, here I am writing a review after receiving my second one. I absolutely freaking love it. It fits like a glove, super flattering, I think it looks pretty freaking sharp with a nice pair of fitted black pants. My uniform is a solid black coat with solid black fitted pants and of course solid black non slips. I love the fabric, you can go without an under shirt if you want. It's light weight. Super easy to wash. I think it's worth what I paid for it in all honesty. Good versatility, since there's no obnoxiously huge logos. I like the pockets for pens and markers, you can get a lighter in there, otherwise if it's too heavy it falls out or just feels awkward. I love the zipper too!!! I haven't had any issues with that which I'm actually surprised about. I have a larger chest for my tiny stature and always have a hard time finding shits that fit properly in the chest that button and zip but I haven't had a single issue. I think it's worth what I paid though. For sure.

It runs big, I’m usually 2X and I sized down to XL and I am buying it again in a L next time.It is also long, I am 5’6 and it’s so long I have to tuck it in.The shoulders are not well designed. It pulls uncomfortably when raising the arms. The zipper is a game changer! Love it!Overall, the jacket is a bit overpriced considering it could be better constructed but still worth it since it’s breathable and comfortable in the kitchen heat.

The things that I like about this jacket are that is wit easy zip and the textile dries fast. But the textile is not really nice, the the pattern is not completely written, I ordered S , feels like M size. A little feeling like I'm wearing a costume. But for the price is okay. It will survive one summer job. I wish it was suiting better and I can forgot but the textile.
