08-03-2026Material is Very Soft, looks nice, and is black black... not a cheap, rough, crappy, "light black" material! BUT, its just ribbon you need to tie into a bow. (perfect length for a variety of neck sizes and fit preferences)Unfortunately it doesnt hold shape like in the pic, it hangs straight down with not much definition. It gets only 3 stars cuz Im so tired of false advertising. I am sure this will be perfect for someone as is, just not me.
