The product works. It works very well. Fine lines and better skin is evident after a few weeks of use. The only issues encountered were the instructions and the unexpected need to use the gel each time. I use it 3 times per week as I watch TV. Very soothing. It took some use and some time re-reading the instructions and settings to get a full understanding. I would give 5 star to the product and results but the instruction limits my rating. I highly recommend the product just be patient and be willing to learn as you go. You will not be disappointed. I will update later
