Very good set of bands. This is the second set I’ve purchased, this one is a gift.

There’s quite a few of these resistance bands in the box. They do have variable levels, it’s a fun activity to do as a family.

The resistance levels definitely don't feel accurate, but this set has what I need to create a variety of effective workouts, so I'll still use it. My only real complaint/suggestion would be to keep the resistance colors the same between the bands and the loops. It just makes more sense for yellow to equal "extra light" for both instead of yellow being extra light (10lbs) for the bands but green being extra light (10lbs) for the loops, and so on.

I ordered this resistance band set to supplement my home gym and also to do some physical therapy from an injury. The quality of the set seems really good so far. It is made with sturdy materials. I really like the versatility of the bands and that they have weight resistance from 10 pounds to 50 pounds. The loop band set ranges from extra light to extra heavy, so you have a varying degree of resistance with those as well. The loop bands will be very useful for physical therapy, light resistance, and toning.I like that you can stack multiple resistance bands onto a single handle to really customize the amount of weight you are lifting. The door anchor will come in very handy as well. I can see using that for general resistance as well as injury rehabilitation.This set also comes with a cooling towel, which I have not had a chance to use yet, but I look forward to trying it.The grip strengthening tool is really nice and very sturdy with a nice range of resistance.The only thing this pack did not include is an instruction booklet. Not a big deal and will not affect how I rate the overall product.I definitely recommend this resistance band set for anybody looking to supplement their home gym, to pack in a suitcase when traveling, or for physical rehabilitation.

Everything in this set feels built to last. The resistance bands are smooth, the grip trainer is surprisingly effective, and the door anchor stays put during workouts. I like being able to customize the intensity depending on what I’m training. It’s a compact home gym in a bag. The color differences in the bands makes them easy to use. They are an excellent value for the money.

The hardest part of working out is getting started. These resistance bands are great for beginners like me starting to get back into exercising. The numerous levels of resistance, along with the ability to combine various levels for more options, means that I can start easy and add resistance as I progress. The bands themselves are comfortable to use and feel both strong and durable. The hand grip exerciser functions exactly as expected - with the ability to adjust as well! Overall, the set includes everything you need to start working out again, and more! Would highly recommend to someone who is just starting their fitness journey and might need a varying set of resistances to begin with

I wanted something small and easy to put away when I'm done with it for the day which what i like about these resistance bands set so i wanted to give it a try to see if i like it.First thing i did when i first got it was put all the bands on together and gave them a try by standing on them than doing like 20curls and afterwards i did really feel it in my arms like when i used to do workouts on my bow flex years ago, And while they made stretching noise while using it i was not worried about them snapping off or anything so in my opinion the durability is good and i don't feel like they will be a problem down the road. And another thing i really love is the adjustable hand grip and it really goes up in resistance when you adjust it higher more so at the highest value i could not make it click the button so it shows on the number counter and speaking of that it is nice having that counter cause it lets you know each time you use it and it counts up to 100 than it resets back to 0 and i have that sitting at my pc desk so i can use that every day.I like what all it comes with that i shown in my photos and the included storage bag is also nice and it can fit everything in it and keep everything all together. I really have no cons to say about this set of bands and while i can't really know if the pounds is right on them cause this is my first time using exercise bands but for the 2weeks i been using them doing about 20 to 30 curls with all the bands together it does give me a good workout and i feel it after using them for the day.So i do recommend it cause even the hand grip alone that is included is really nice to have and i been using that multiple times through each day so you do versatility and value out of this set. And in my opinion the current value is good and it is worth giving it a go. So it gets a solid 5 stars from me cause it does the job for me and i like that i can store it away easy when i am done and it does not take any room like my bow flex does

I don't think these weights are even close to correct. Its possible I got a defective set? Out of the box everything looks great. Nice handles, good accessories. But when you stretch the bands its like they don't spring back. The highest weight band I got was supposed to be 50 pounds. It feels more like 5-10 pounds of resistance. I have a similar set and there is just no comparison...the other set is way more resistance.
