⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Glute Game = Leveled Up Obsessed with these ankle resistance bands! I’ve been lifting for years, and I’m always looking for ways to take my leg & booty days to the next level these def delivered. The cuffs are super comfy and don’t slide around or dig into my skin, even during intense sets. Resistance is perfect for targeting glutes, hamstrings. If you serious about growing those glutes or just want to add some fire to your lower body workouts, these are 100% worth it.Highly recommend for all my fit girlies out there
I don’t usually buy too many fitness accessories, but a friend recommended these ankle resistance bands and I’m so glad I gave them a try! As soon as they arrived, I added them to my leg and glute workout, and I could feel the difference right away. The set comes with three resistance levels (10, 20, and 30 lbs), which makes it easy to adjust based on your fitness level or the type of exercise. What I love the most is how comfortable they are, they don’t slide or dig into the skin like others I’ve tried before. The quality feels really good and durable, even after several uses. The side hooks make it easy to switch bands between exercises without wasting time. It also comes with a storage bag, which is perfect if you don’t have much space at home or want to take them with you to the gym or park. For the price, this set is absolutely worth it
Arrived to Toronto in a a few days; I tried them on right away and just wore them around the house; the ankle straps are very comfortable. NOTE: These are not weighted ankle straps. As shown, the kit comes with 3 tension bands that differ slightly in shade to differentiate: lightest shade- 10 Lbs, medium shade- 20 Lbs, darkest shade, 30 Lbs. I used a permanent marker to label each band.Took me a minute to figure out the right way to secure the ankle straps - but it's probably just me :). It helped to look at the pictures included in the instruction pamphlet. The bands contain no latex - for those with latex allergies, like me. Also, I detected no adverse smells / off-gases from any of the components.I exercised with the bands in both standing and seated positions; so far I've only used the 10 Lbs band for leg work, and the band and straps felt safe and secure during the strength exercises; the 10 Lbs resistance band was good enough for me, and my upper legs got a good workout. After 30 minutes on, my ankles started to sweat; when I took the ankle straps off they were warm and damp, I opened them flat, fuzzy-side-up, and let them air dry- no issues!Good quality! I recommend!
Great price on sale! work great, targets the glutes and hamstrings, this has been a great addition to my at home workout routine! thank you!!
Work well for kickbacks and side kicks for glute activation

I really wanted this to work for banded side shuffles and donkey kicks. However, the bands are too long for either of these moves because your feet are too far apart to pull the bands any further. You can use the ankle wraps and bands for standing adductor and abductor band pulls or similar exercises. The ankle wraps appear to be pretty good quality and are comfortable. And the bands come in three widths/strengths. You can use 1, 2, or 3 bands depending on your desired resistance. I just wish it came with longer and shorter options for more variation.
I absolutely love these resistance bands. I have a few that I use regularly, but these have become my new favourite.1. I like that there are ankle straps, so you don't have to constantly adjust the hands so they can stay in place. The resistance bands just clip on the strap, so it's easy to use.2. You can really feel the resistance strength as you had on the bands. The first one is good, but when you add on all three then you can feel the resistance strength. It feels heavier and provides a new challenge to your work out.3. The length of the bands give you enough leeway for your lunges, side steps and squats. If you want a shorter distance, just add on another band and you'll achieve that.Overall, these are now my go to when I need to add some resistance to my workouts. I love them!
This is a good set of ankle resistance bands with cuffs. There are two cuffs with velcro attachments, three resistance bands, an instruction manual, and a mesh bag to carry it all. The cuffs are wide with strong velcro and strong metal rings. They look well made. The resistance bands have three different strengths, and come in black, light grey, and grey. I wish resistance bands had labels with weight numbers, or at least "Light" "Medium" and "Heavy." These resistance bands have no labels. The two grey ones are similar and it often takes me a second to distinguish them. I really appreciate the manual with exercises, because otherwise I have trouble thinking of things to do.Setup takes a little more time than resistance bands for thighs. I have to put the cuffs on each ankle, and then the resistance bands on each cuff. The cuffs felt uncomfortable at first, but I adjusted them and got used to them. They feel OK. The carabiner hooks are just a little too small, and can be frustrating to put on and take off.The resistance bands are beginner friendly with a single band, more challenging with each stronger band, and then offer a bigger challenge still when you use more than one band. There are fewer options for exercises than resistance bands for thighs, because I have to choose ones that get the ankles separated. Bicycle crunches keep the ankles together, for example, so they don't offer resistance with this set. The good thing about these ankle resistance bands is that once they're on, they stay put. Resistance bands for thighs fall down if I move my legs too close together, and they slip for some exercises even when they have grip. These cuffs stay on the ankles no matter what.I got annoyed with the jangling of the metal carabiner and loops, so I stuffed a rag around the loops on each cuff. It made it more tolerable, and also knowing that I can reduce the noise made me better able to tolerate it without the rags. Using these ankle cuffs and bands makes me feel like I'm on a chain gang: cue a bunch of songs about chain gangs.I ordered this set because I have exercise handles, and I was excited to have lighter weight resistance bands to give me more exercise options. These bands work great with my handles, and the cuffs let me attach them to thick equipment. I'm happy that these work for what I ordered them for, but using them for their intended purpose makes me want a few features to be better: labels on the resistance bands, bigger carabiner hooks, and less jangling if possible.
It works as intended. The ankle straps hold firmly with the velcro being strong enough to keep it on during the workout. The rubber bands stretch the way they are suppose to. The carabiners clip properly to the ankle straps and the whole system works as its suppose to. It even comes with a small instruction manual which shows 8 different exercises that can be done.As for the quality of the items, it's OK at best. The ankle straps are less padded then other brands I have like the my AmStaff ones, although not by much and the level of padding was sufficient to not be uncomfortable or cause chafing. The carabiners feel cheap but they are latching properly for now so time will tell if they will withstand daily use.But the Achilles heel of this product is its price. Upon doing a quick Amazon search I noticed that there are similar product which are priced a few dollars below and some items which give you additional resistance bands for a few dollars more. I see a kit that has a fascia ball, 2 additional resistance bands, 2 handles and a door anchor for an extra 3$. Then again you might not need all that extra stuff and are better off saving the 3$ but then you have something that is extremely similar (if not the same just with a different brand sticker) for 4$ less.
Would give more stars if I could. Great quality.
Super cute, super durable. Great price!
These ankle resistance bands are a solid addition to any home workout setup. The adjustable cuffs are comfortable and secure, even during standing or seated exercises, and the Velcro grips firmly without chafing. The kit includes three bands of varying resistance (10 lb, 20 lb, 30 lb), giving you a nice range for progression or combination exercises.
