It’s not going to give you the same workout as lifting weights or heavy cardio, but it's easy to use and adds benefits that traditional exercise alone can’t.The plate itself is solid and quiet, supporting up to 350 lbs, with 99 speed levels. It's smaller than a lot of the other options on the market, but it's a great starter unit.For me, it’s less about replacing my usual exercises and more about enhancing them. It supports recovery, boosts circulation, and makes a tangible difference in how I feel overall. If you’re looking for something that complements your fitness routine, this is a practical and effective option. Definitely recommended.

I ordered this more for lymphatic drainage than for a workout or weight loss. I can’t really see that happening so it’s hard to attest whether or not it works but it’s definitely high quality and quiet. It’s actually a lot nicer than I expected at the price point.I took off one star because while the instruction say how to use this as far as steps to set it up and turn it on, they don’t go into any information about how to use for the advertised uses of lymphatic drainage or weight loss. I would have liked to see some simple instructions such as “use for 20 minutes 3 times a week for weight loss.” Maybe that’s an unreasonable expectation but I can’t find too much on how to use this for those purposes just with a Google search.Overall, I do recommend this if you’re looking for a product like it. The quality is great, especially at this price.

This plate does everything I need it to do, but I have tried gym setting ones that are a bit more robust. I would rate this a 3.5 out of 5 as it does feel solid and nice, but seems a bit on the cheaper side. i would recommend it for the price if you are looking for a lymphatic drainage device.

Omg I love this!! Great value for the money. We call it our jiggly machine only had this a few days but the vibration is strong. It feels great!! The remote control is a bonus as well as the small wall mount for the jump bands and remote. If it doesn’t work out or there is any problems I will edit the review… if you don’t see an edit we are jiggling on…

****EDIT****I was finally able to contact the company that sold the vibration plate and they replaced it. The replacement works well and I am pleased with it.Will not stay on, despite using on different power outlets.It powers on, will allow to set speed and time. Press the play button to start the cycle and it powers off. The item doesnt stay on long enough to do as its supposed to and doesnt "vibrate" at all, just shuts off.

I bought this mainly to help circulation, lower my blood pressure, and help my husband with his arthritic feet and lower back pain. So far we have been using it for about three months, and he is feeling a lot of relief with his back, legs and feet. He uses it for 10 minutes a few times a day. When he gets home from his one to 2 Hour Dr. home, he usually gets right on it to prevent his back from locking up. It has helped him immensely. While it would be so nice to tone up and lose weight. I am not counting on that, but it would definitely be a welcome surprise!

The vibration plate works well and relaxes the muscles. Using it daily even for around 20 minutes helps with weight loss. My whole family enjoys using it as it shows valid results as well. You can definitely do a bunch of different exercises on it that can help improve various parts of your body.
