08-03-2026This is really great for the value. There are so many exercises you can do. Getting the Roman chair functional was a little difficult but I was able to get it by pulling the seat part straight up. It is also very light so I dont have to struggle dragging it around. I really like this chair.

08-03-2026The Roman chair part seems a little weak, not sure how long it would last, I wouldn’t use it if you’re over 200lbs. It might be defective because not all 4 points touch the floor equally (I’ve tried rotating/moving it in the room. My floor is fine), but it’s not a huge deal. I like the system, very adjustable. Overall it’s great for the price, definitely pick a more solid one for heavier people/workouts
