08-03-2026I started to use it for few times, first time, could not finish 5 minutes, and next day was very sore and tired, but the third time now, I am doing good, and my muscles started to feel being massaged , I believe it will tone my muscles, will have to wait and see if it will help loose weight . it is quiet .

08-03-2026Oh my goodness, I’m obsessed with my shake plate! I used to use one before I moved and I was really missing my vibration plate at my gym. I’m so glad I bought this one. Now it’s in my home. I can use it anytime I want to. I really love it after a long day and I put my calves on it and I feel like my legs are as light as a feather. I love it. It also does a great job with each position or exercise they offer in the manual.

The benefits sounded intriguing however, so I decided to try this one by Homesy.First off, some quick insights: According to the Mayo Clinic, comprehensive research about whole-body vibration is lacking. There may be some health benefits including increased lymphatic drainage, circulation improvements, and small bone density gains. All good things. Of course, you’ll get much more of this with aerobic and strength training activities. Personally, I see the vibration plate as a supplement to my exercise routine, certainly not as a replacement for it.I've used this unit for a few weeks now. At $62.69 (this may be a Black Friday price however), it came in at a very low price point that represented an excellent value–especially for someone new to the product who wants to experiment.The platform is solid and comfortable. The vibration level goes as high as I've seen, but noise remains low. It's easy and fairly intuitive to use. The device includes some exercise cords which are okay, but don't offer huge resistance. They may or may not be helpful to you.Overall this vibration plate has functioned well and I recommend it.
