This kit comes with everything you will need to hookup this whole house water filter. IT is solidly made from quality materials. One thing that separates this filter system from others is the 4 modes selectable switch on top of the unit. It is clear and easy to read and see what mode you select. It has a backwash mode which you should do at least once every two weeks for optimal filter performance. It is easy and quick to do since there is a backwash outlet on the unit. I have had no leaks from the system and my water pressure or flow rate has not been affected by it either. I can never really tell the difference in my water after connecting this but feel good knowing there is at least some type of filtering going on for all the water in my house. Unless its Fuji water which is the only bottle water I like and drink where I can taste the difference. Now this whole house filter is not near as big as most whole house filters are but it will need some room and a place for it to mount to. Filter replacement is easy as spinning off the lower cover and removing the filter and placing a new one in, it takes about a minute to do so. Great simple way to improve your entire house's water with a quality made and built filter.

This is a pretty well built filter. I have a wide array of filters across my land on the different properties and the cistern, rain collection stations etc and this one is good quality.The ability to change how the filter works within the system with the different modes is pretty clutch and saves the need for more plumbing for bypasses and the like.On top of that it is supposedly freeze proof so can be installed without worry of the extreme temperatures running your filtration.It has a large capacity and decent flow. This is a BIG filter with 1" port. It has a 24,000 gallon capacity and uses carbon, coconut shell and sedimentation removal systems combined to purify the water.You take this entire unit with the filter inside of it and can hook it directly in line with your current water supply. It is very easy to mount and comes with mounting brackets. It has a flow rate of 16 GPM so after it is installed you will not notice or see any reduced water pressure in the system!This whole house water filter is awesome - it has a 4 mode process whereby you can have it in filter mode (it's filtering), off mode (it turns off and stops the water flow through it), it has Bypass mode (where you can flick the switch to bypass and allow unfiltered water to flow through your house while you change out this filter - VERY convenient!) and Flush mode (let's you clean out your filter real quickly to keep it in good shape and from building up a blocking mat of bioslime).EASY to use, works great, removes particles and smells from the well water and is a great value!

The unit itself is solid and feels well-built, with a smooth installation process—especially if you’ve got basic plumbing know-how and tools. I liked the thoughtful design with the bypass and flush modes, which made maintenance more convenient. That said, the claim about iron removal is misleading. There's nothing in the filter media that specifically targets iron, which was disappointing since that was one of the main reasons I chose it. Still, it functions well as a whole-house sediment and odor filter, and I’ll continue using it for general water improvement. Just don’t count on it for iron-heavy well water.

This is a large filter. It’s not an all-in-one filter as it mainly targets things like sediment and rust. It’s a neat design and works well with other filters to help get the cleanest water possible. It’s not that expensive for what it is, so I think it’s a good investment. Installation isn’t exactly straightforward, and how your setup is, will have a large impact on how you go about installing this. It’s well made, affordable and works for the whole house and though it’s not an all-in-one solution, it does a great job helping clean the water.

This is an excellent whole house, water filter, it can be run in tandem with other filters, really of any kind, but especially of its own kind, it both say really nice valving system that keeps you from having to add your own valves to bypass or shut down the unit, it’s like a big distribution block and allows you to reroute and bypass the filter, just in case There is a filter failure or you are changing the filter, but have to keep water flow going. Really nice feature honestly.Do keep in mind the size of this filter, it’s one thing to look at it in the photos, but remember those tiny little brass fittings you see are 1 inch wide, this thing is gigantic!Definitely a whole house unit, definitely satisfied.
