The anti-glare feature is fantastic, especially when I'm working near a window or under bright office lights. I was a little worried about how they'd look, but the black and gold combination is surprisingly stylish and doesn't feel like I'm wearing a costume. My headaches have definitely decreased since I started using them, and I can actually look at my screen for longer periods without feeling like my eyes are burning . It's a simple addition to my setup, but it's made a real impact on my comfort.

08-03-2026these are great glasses if you sit at the computer all day. They help your eyes a lot. The glasses are nice and feel good, with no irritations. I also use it when im on my phone or ipad. If you need a good pair of glasses, these are good for the price
