I just opened the package, did the set up, and printed a label from the eBay app. It was VERY easy. The set up was quick and simple. The Bluetooth connected quickly. When the eBay app asked if I wanted to Print or Save the new mailing label, I tried Print, but it didn’t recognize the new printer. I tried Save instead, and my iPhone gave me options for where to save it. I scrolled to the bottom of the options, and there was the new little printer! I just picked it and out came the label! I didn’t have to save it onto my phone after all.I am concerned about how long it will work based on other buyer feedback, but for now, I give it 5 stars. I mean, it was so surprisingly easy that I immediately came here to review it.The only thing that might make it better is if the unprinted labels were stored inside the printer. It takes up more space on my crowded desk than I had hoped because of the labels sitting behind the tiny printer. If I have trouble with the post office not being able to read the QR codes on the label, or the printer stops working, I will come back and update this review.
From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the clean white design and sturdy build. It feels well-made, not flimsy, and the compact size fits easily on a desk without taking up much space. Loading the label roll was simple, and the instructions were clear enough that I had it set up and printing within minutes. I connected it via Bluetooth on my phone and USB on my laptop, and both worked smoothly without any connection drops. The print quality is sharp for barcodes, addresses, and standard shipping details. Labels come out crisp and smudge-free. The thermal printing technology is also a huge plus—no ink or toner to worry about, which keeps costs down over time. I really appreciated how quiet it was while printing and how quickly it produced each label. The Bluetooth connectivity is convenient, especially for mobile printing, although I found it works best when the device is nearby rather than across the room.
Works as expected it’s really nice, affordable, and compact so easy to store if you don’t have the space to leave it out. It was simple and straightforward to set up and comes with 20 labels to start you off. I loved this product and would buy again.
Cheap label printer perfect for my small business. Fits standard shipping label sizes and prints them out fast and detailed with no issues. Machine is lightweight, and easy to transport, setup, and use. Also comes with App connection so you can use this from your phone or computer alike. If you are looking for a cheap reliable label printer that will last, this is it!
Works great so far love how easy it was to set up on my phone! So small and compact that I can take it anywhere which I love and is fast and works great with the app! Everything comes out clear because the print quality is top-notch! I also love that it can hook into a computer if needed :)
Zero complaints about the printer. It's small, light, and easy to connect to (must be done inside the app). Comes with 20 labels so you can do plenty of testing or small volume shipping while deciding to keep it or not. It took me two labels and a LOT of poking around with the app to get things right. Print time is about a second. As for the app, it works, but it kinda sucks. It would take way too much time and space to address all of the details, but I'll provide a couple examples: If someone emails or messages you a label, and you open it on your phone with the printing app from that message/email, it will open the app but will NOT import the label into it. You MUST save the file on your phone first. When you select PDF inside the app, it shows you a list of PDFs that you've imported BEFORE, not a list of PDFs in a folder on your phone where you keep/save your PDFs. This can lead to accidentally printing an old or incorrect label if you're not careful. You have to select the + bubble down at the bottom of that list of OLD imported PDFs screen, and THEN it shows you your phone's storage, always defaulting to the root level and not the folder that you imported from previously (annoying). There are many more annoyances, but at the end of the day the software is functional and can rotate/crop whatever you import, but it's clunky. If they put more effort to improve the quality of the app I'd certainly give the printer 5 stars.
I replaced my old roll-style label printer with this one that uses the folded 4x6 label sheets, and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. It prints super fast and the quality is really sharp no smudges or faded lines or missing printed characters. I was a little worried about switching from rolls to the fan-fold labels, but they feed perfectly and it’s actually way easier to deal with. Works with my phone too with the Bluetooth connection. And the size is minimal. Doesn’t take up a lot of space
I was fully expecting this to be a confusing and frustrating process getting it set up, but I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. The printer itself is small and easy to set up, and the app is super easy to use, it guides you through the steps when you use it for the first time. It prints quickly, about 2 seconds and there you go, you got yourself a label. I’m so glad I don’t have to mess with my home printer anymore to print labels, it’s going to save a lot on ink. The only thing I wish there was is a tray in the back to hold the labels in, but honestly it’s not that hard to just set the labels down on a flat surface behind it. I REALLY appreciate the fact that it already comes with so many labels, I won’t have to buy more for a while. All in all, I absolutely recommend it. Very happy!
