08-03-2026Very good hooks with a slick coating. I have not had a problem with rust since I normally rinse my lures with fresh water and dry them before storing them. These are great replacements for the cheap hooks found on many expensive saltwater lures and pencil poppers.

I didn't set my expectations too high because the price, compared to some 'premium' brands, was quite low, especially for the number of hooks in a box (the box I received is not as shown...it was a clear plastic box with outside labeling and the hooks were loose inside).You will not be able to bend these hooks out while fishing, your bait, line, rod and/or arms will break first. Seriously, these hooks are very stout without being overly thick-wired or heavy. I love the black finish and I will replace the hooks on several of my favorite baits for the added strength and reduced flash.

08-03-2026These are excellent trebles!I use them for arming my home made crankbaits, and these fit the bill perfectly.They are slippery, dangerously sharp, and 4x stout.Value here is second to none.

08-03-2026Hooks really only need three things to be good - strength, sharpness, and price. These coated treble hooks are great at all three. The steel seems very sturdy and strong and I snagged myself a couple times getting them into my tackle box! The price is about what you would expect for quality hooks, so a great deal overall.

08-03-2026These treble hooks are solid. Super sharp out of the box, strong wire, and that PTFE coating gives a nice slick finish without glare. I picked up the 4# 35-pack and they’re perfect for the saltwater plugs I paint myself. Great value and a reliable swap for stock hooks. Definitely keeping these in my kit.
