I’m 6’4” and 320 pounds, so I wasn’t about to gamble on flimsy push-up bars. I’ve been out of the gym for a while and needed something sturdy to help me rebuild strength without worrying about equipment giving out on me. These parallettes have been exactly that, steady and dependable from day one.Setup was very easy. It took maybe three minutes, if that. Everything was straightforward, and I was using them almost as soon as I opened the box. No fumbling, no tools hunt, just quick assembly and done.I mainly use them for incline push-ups and extended plank holds. Nothing extreme, but enough to test stability. With my size, I expected at least some wobble, but they stay planted on the floor even when I shift my weight side to side. The rubberized feet grip tight and don’t slide, even on my hardwood floor. The grips themselves are cushioned just right, firm enough for control, soft enough that I don’t feel like my palms are being punished during longer sessions. The biggest difference I’ve noticed since adding these is endurance. Before, I couldn’t hold a plank past thirty seconds without my wrists aching. Now I can go past a minute comfortably, and that’s a real win for me getting back into shape. I also use them to deepen my push-ups, and I can already tell my chest and shoulders are waking back up after months off.For anyone who’s bigger like me, these bars take the stress off your wrists and give you confidence the equipment can handle it. They don’t creak, they don’t shift, and they make simple movements feel doable again. Exactly what I needed to get moving without excuses.

The first thing I noticed was how short they were. The best way to describe the height is that it’s a tall push-up handle, but almost too short for other exercises like seated dips. The handles are long, as I would expect dip bars to be, but the height is just weird to me. There is a significant amount of play in the bases when assembled, which makes them feel cheap, however, they support my 200 lbs and I have no concerns they will break. I would recommend these for a smaller framed person, but know what you’re getting. If you’re looking for a push-up device, I’d pick something else.

So many of these push up bars don't feel like they can handle anything over 250 lbs, but these are way different. There's no worry of these things shaking when you're doing your most intensive dips of holding your body up on just two hands (so jealous of those that can do that easily!).Assembly is very simple and only takes about 5 minutes. Instructions are included and very insightful for something so easy to put together. While they are big, they are easy to store away so there's no worry about losing even more vaulable space in your work out area. The quality itself is pretty amazing as they feel very high quality and these are made to last a lifetime. I really like that they are big so you can do a lot of stuff that you normally don't have the room in a home gym, like parallel dips and hardcore stomach core strength exercises. This allows you to do so much and they are very stable. No wobbling or shaking.Usually, the price of these would be crazy high, but these are placed a great price point so the value for money is perfect. So functionality is perfect, assembly is simple, quality is beyond perfect....this is a great gift to treat yourself to for a new 2026.It's also a great gift idea for those friends that you think could use a little help.

Great push up bars! So happy with them. They are great quality and exactly what you would expect. Only complaint is that they are not non-slip and that would make them better.

These parallettes exercise bars were very simple to put together and the material seems quality, durable, and sturdy. The foam grip was comfortable. They seem to grip the floor well enough, although not to the extent as traditional rubber may grip to a floor, meaning the feet of these exercise bars weren’t super “rubbery”. But it seemed to work well enough, and I didn’t worry that it was going to slip out from under me.I like how light weight they are. Some of the advertisement pictures make them look huge. They aren't that big, which I actually appreciate, because I have limited space. I'm hoping these bars will help with the wrist strain that I sometimes experience while doing typical on the floor exercises, like pushups.Overall, I feel comfortable and secure using these exercise bars, and they function as they should.

It comes as 6 separate pieces you have to assemble with 4 screws, included is an allen wrench to help you put it together. It only takes a few minutes. Afterwards, my legs were a little wobbly and shifted, but after tightening the screws more, this issue resolved. It feels good upon use. Stable and sturdy, and the bottom also gripped my wood flooring well without shifting around. I feel safe using it and the grips are padded so that it doesn't create too much pressure on your palms. So the time you can grip is not based on grip pain, but on your strength. They aren't too heavy to move around, so it is easy to store after working out or to bring out again quickly. They are high enough to do all the exercises I want, but not too high, so it is a good height overall. So far I am doing L sits and tucked planches with this. It is tall enough where I can change from L-Sit to tucked planches back and forth without issue. I hope to continually use this to work my way up to full planches and handstand push ups.
