Spot on!Verpackung und LieferumfangEine handliche Verpackung mit einem ebensolchen Produkt als Inhalt landet bei dir auf dem Tisch. Ein sofortiger Magnet für die Augen ist das in Orange lackierte Metallgehäuse mit einigen schwarzen Stücken, die einen stilvollen Kontrast bilden. Neben der Taschenlampe sind weitere Zusatzausstattungen vorhanden: eine Handschlaufe, ein kurzes Ladekabel (USB C auf USB A), zwei Kunststoffkappen in Rot und Weiß und die Bedienungsanleitung in deutscher Sprache.Bedienung und NutzerfreundlichkeitDie Acebeam-Flashlight tut das, was eine Taschenlampe tun soll: Sie spendet ordentlich Licht. Das gute Stück eignet sich hervorragend für winterliche Spaziergänge in der Dunkelheit oder als wertvolles Werkzeug für Handwerker, um dunkle Maschinengehäuse und Räume zu beleuchten. Der Betrieb der Lampe ist denkbar einfach. Es existieren zwei Leucht-Modi, zum einen steht dir der taktische Modus zur Verfügung und zum anderen ist der Alltagsmodus vorhanden. Zwischen beiden Einstellungen wählst du bequem mit Hilfe der beiden vorhandenen Schalter, die dafür gemeinsam gedrückt werden müssen. Zwei Schalter? Ja, du findest einen Heckschalter auf der hinteren Kappe und einen weiteren Bedienknopf am vorderen Gehäuse. Beide funktionieren und es macht Spaß, sich mit den verschiedenen Einstellungen zu beschäftigen. Die Bedienungsanleitung listet alle notwendigen Informationen auf, mit denen du einen sicheren Betrieb und Umgang mit der Taschenlampe erfährst.Energieversorgung und LichtausbeuteAcebeam setzt auf den im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Akku, der mit Hilfe des ebenfalls vorhandenen Ladekabels mit Strom versorgt wird. In meinem Fall war die Taschenlampe bereits geladen und sofort einsatzbereit. Daneben steht dir die Möglichkeit offen, statt des Akkus zwei AA-Batterien als Energiequelle einzusetzen. Eine kurze Anmerkung zum Akku: Um diesen zu laden, muss er aus dem Gehäuse entnommen werden. Das Gehäuse selbst besitzt keinen Anschluss für den USB-C-Stecker.Das von der LED-Birne erzeugte Licht kann sich sehen lassen! Die von mir vorgestellte Version bringt es auf 1600 Lumen. Das ist für eine Taschenlampe in dem Format ordentlich und ausreichend dimensioniert.FazitIch bin mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Die Taschenlampe sieht gut aus, ist robust und lässt vor meinen Augen ein Licht aufgehen. Sie ist vorzüglich für den Werkzeugkasten konstruiert – handlich und leicht in eines der Fächer zu sortieren. Ich empfehle den Artikel gern als clevere und formschöne Haushaltstaschenlampe. Als Geschenk für Heimwerkende und Hundebesitzer*innen, die bei ihren Hundespaziergängen oftmals auch Taschenlampen mitführen, ist die Acebeam-LED-Leuchte ein besonderer Tipp. Ich schaue derweil, wo der Schalter für die fünf Sterne versteckt ist.

Es ist nicht einfach die Begeisterung auszudrücken, die diese Lampe bei mir auslöst.Ich benutze die Lampe beruflich, also im professionellen nächtlichen Einsatz im Sicherheitsdienst mit vielen verschiedenen Objekten und dementsprechend unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen sowohl Indoor mit kurzen Entfernungen als auch Outdoor, wo auch die exzellente Reichweite dieser Stiftlampe! voll zur Geltung kommt. Ich habe noch einige andere Thrower-Lampen im Besitz, aber die Acebeam macht durch ihre ausreichende Power und Handlichkeit viele davon im Alltag mittlerweile überflüssig. Und das hätte ich bis vor kurzem nicht unbedingt für möglich gehalten.(In Kombination mit der brutal hellen und super handlichen Wurkkos TS22 und ihren 5000lm als Flooder ist man schon sehr gut aufgestellt)Die Tac 2AA hat eine absolut makellose Verarbeitung, die blaue Farbe ist dezent da ein dunkler Farbton benutzt wurde. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Modis, und besonders hervorragend ist der taktische Modus mit dem sofortigem Turbo am Heckschalter, indem selbst ein "half Press" reicht. Diese Funktion liebe ich, da man quasi so auch mal selbst "seinen Strobe" schnell mit den Daumen steuern kann, um auf sich aufmerksam zu machen oder ähnliches ohne den Seitenschalter 3x zu drücken um den eigentlichen Strobe zu aktivieren. Der Seitenschalter ist übrigens bei aktivierung des Heckschalters beleuchtet, was in der Dunkelheit von Vorteil ist.Ich besitze auch die Nitecore MT2A Pro, welche ich vorher gekauft hatte. Die Nitecore hat aber im Vergleich keinen taktischen Modus, wo man immer, unabhängig von der zuletzt genutzten Stufe, den Turbo am Heck schalten kann. Desweiteren hat die Nitecore einen deutlichen grünstich, während die Acebeam schön neutral weiss strahlt. Die Nitecore hat nur drei Leuchtstufen Low,Mid,High wo low mit 50 Lumen eigentlich schon zu hell ist. Die Acebeam hat moon mit genialen 1,5lm,low (30lm),mid (100lm),high (350lm) und Turbo(1400lm) und der Turbo bei der Acebeam ist heller, fokussierter und hat mehr Reichweite als bei der Nitecore die hellste Stufe in High (1000lm). Die SFT25-R LED ist der Uhi20 LED (Nitecore) absolut überlegen. Der Akku ist bei beiden äußerlich (141000 mit Usb-C Port) und von den Daten (1600mAh, 3,7V, 5,92Wh) her identisch, allerdings ist der Acebeam Akku mit 49g schwerer als der von Nitecore (41,4g)Aber ACHTUNG: Beide dürfen NICHT mit 2x14500 Li-Ion betrieben werden.Von der Größe ist die Acebeam mit 15,1cm minimal (3mm) länger und am Kopf mit 22,1mm etwas (2mm) größer im Durchmesser und eigentlich schon an der Grenze dessen was man noch als STIFTlampe bezeichnen kann. Der Clip ist bei der Acebeam ein schöner "deep carry". Bei der Nitecore ist der Clip eigentlich auch gut, aber nicht so tiefreichend wie bei der Acebeam, was nicht unbedingt ein Nachteil sein muss, wenn man die Lampe zum Beispiel in die Brusttasche steckt. Das Nurling bei der Nitecore ist allerding sehr "agressiv" und ich könnte mir vorstellen das man dadurch seine Kleidung bzw. Ausrüstung auf dauer beschädigt, wenn man ständig die Lampe einsteckt und mit dem Clip sichert. Die Acebeam ist dagegen absolut smooth.Die Nitecore ist eine, als Stiftlampe, tolle Lampe und gäbe es die Acebeam SFT25-R nicht auf dem Markt, dann wäre sie womöglich auch diejenige (aktuell) mit den meisten Lumen und der höchsten Reichweite.Die Acebeam ist aber zum heutigen Zeitpunkt, ohne Zweifel, die leistungsfähigste Stiftlampe.Der Preis ist bei beiden mit ca. 50€ nicht wenig, aber die Acebeam gibt es aktuell hier (Anfang Nov24) für nur 30€ und somit satte 40% günstiger und macht sie dadurch zu einem ganz heissen Deal.

Great light. Works off rechargeable (USB-C)battery or 2 AA alkaline or lithium in a pinch. Extra rechargeable batteries are available from acebeam.com for very reasonable price as well.Tail switch allows for silent press for full power light. Click tail switch and then you can move between light power options with side switch.Length of light gives good purchase vs some handy but much smaller lights. That said the light is barely noticeable in your pocket except occasionally sitting.The full power initial setting is VERY bright…great if carrying for possible defensive use or to light up big space. It is too much for many ordinary tasks so expect to use that side switch to turn it down for those applications.CONS: have to remove battery to charge it. The battery does not charge quickly so my suggestion is to get an extra from ace beam. External charging ports or magnetic conductive charging from other brands will spoil you.Not a perfect light but if the minor charging issue doesn’t bother you and you want something just a little easier to hang onto than the small lights (however because no one holds flashlights in their mouth while working on something…this light is a mouthful vs something like a baton III or IV)…this is a very good light for the price. I’ve carried it EDC for weeks with complete confidence.

This is exactly what I was looking for - super bright in a compact package. Easy to carry in jacket inside pocket or side pocket (it's a bit too long for my trousers).Love the UI, tactical mode is exactly how I want a flashlight to work - straight into turbo, no messing around. Wish it were easier to get into strobe to some degree, but this would only be used in an emergency situation so not the end of the world.The clip is rock solid, I actually want to remove it but it's so firm it's a struggle so haven't yet. Comes with lanyard and the 2 different coloured diffusers (no interest to me, but nice to have). Good size to always have on hand, solid and handy in a potentially dangerous situation.The anodizing is ultra-matt and feels very "dry" to hold, not the most pleasant but not a deal breaker.I'm tempted to buy more colours but intentionally picked the SFT-25R for the throw and glad I did for the first one.I'd recommend to anybody wanting a discrete pocket rocket with tactical benefits.

I purchased this light to have in my shirt pocket at work. So far it has worked well. The only negative is that it is a little bulky, but it is a durable construction and should last awhile. The two brightness settings are perfect. The brighter setting can sometimes reflect too much light, but change to the dimmer setting and you can continue your inspection.The battery life is good, not great. It is rechargeable, though you have to remove the battery to do so.I haven't used the rubber tips that come with the light too much, but I like the idea. It turns the unit into a lamp.Overall, it is a nice flashlight and well constructed. I mentioned it is bulky, but fits in my pocket or clips to my hat just fine.

I love the thin profile of this bright flashlight. I do not like pocket clips or lanyards on this 6" flashlight, so I bought a $10.00 nylon holster. The sides switch turns red when power goes below 30%, which is a nice touch. Also nice is that I can see the side switch in the dark. Seems to reasonably durable with no nicks or scratches.Now, about the common customer complaints:1) it gets hotof COURSE it gets hot in sustained turbo mode. It has a AA size LED putting out 1400 claimed lumens. If you have a need for a super bright thrower lit for extended periods, perhaps for search and rescue, security, etc... get a bigger torch with a big heat sink. I like having TAC turbo available for emergencies, but the dog and I never use it when we go for a walk. EDC bright mode is plenty bright for 99.99% of my needs. (and it doesn't even get warm) I believe Acebeam SHOULD warn against prolonged use in Turbo mode due to overheating.2) The battery size is funky and I can't find them.No... You won't find 14100 batteries at the discount store, but I had no problem getting a spare online.3) the battery life is poorNot for me. Lasts plenty long per charge...but then, I don't run it full blast for hours at a time. I put my spare battery in while I charge the other (which takes a while) Two AAs work, but not nearly as bright.4) Flashlight died a quick death.Well... I use it every night, but I have only had it two months. There is always a chance of getting a lemon. If mine does die prematurely and if Acebeam doesn't take care of it, then I will update my rating to WARNING ! DO NOT BUY!!!!5) the one colored blue is unattractivethen ... ... why did you buy it in blue???? Mine looks great in "desert" ...and basic black is always fashionable.

This light is simple, solid and well-made. Good price, excellent light beam and “throw”. It’s battery is rechargable and high capacity. I keep this in the car…

This flashlight is powerful and holds a charge for quite a while, but as others have said, it gets very hot very quickly on the high setting. It is a bit inconvenient that the battery, rather than the flashlight, has a charging port. There is no alternative to removing the battery to charge it. It is easy to carry and not prone to being turned on accidentally.

Great flashlight, nice metal body that has some weight to it but still light enough to carry around. Very bright. Does get hot to the touch on higher power with the included battery. I swapped the battery for two AA's, although lower power now it keeps a much better temperature.

Great bang for buck. This light is a little big for the pocket, I bought it to keep in my car. The low light mode is fine for up close work, and the bright mode absolutely rocks. Water proof and a great battery life. It's solid aluminum so I foresee no durability issues. It really is a great flashlight at a great price, no notes. Oh, on the rechargeability side, you have to remove the battery to plug it in via usb, probably to make it truly waterproof. You won't charge it often though, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Les 1600 Lum sont réels et les fonctions de luminosité variable et « turbo » sont tactiquement équivalent à du professionnel permet un vison comme en plein jour jusqu’à 180m. Attention avec ce niveau de puissance la Led chauffe bien mais la dispersion de chaleur est efficiente . La griffe de fixation ceinture est solide et permet une utilisation rapide. Que ce soit pour le boulot en sécurisation ou pour les loisirs en randonnées ou en camping elle sera vous être plusque utile. Faisceau large donc moins de zone ombre sur un angle de 170°.Rapport Lum/Faisceau/légèreté/qualité/prix (30€) c’est une folie à prix plusque attractif… Attention aux yeux … à ne pas orienter en pleine face … Hormis si vous l’équipée du Détails + : Les accessoires « cache » Led transparent Blanc ou Orange pour rester toujours visible en ballade avec la lampe accroché au sac ou pour éclairer une zone autour de soi en « fixe ».
