On the positive side, I'll say that this machine will wash clothes. With the supplied fittings, it will attach to the standard fitting a shower hose connects to (if that doesn't make sense, take a look at the photos). It takes about as long to do a "load" of clothes as a conventional washing machine. It goes through wash and rinse cycles. Once that is done, it goes into the dryer function (blows warm/hot air and the bucket will turn). You can select the length of the wash and dry cycles. There isn't a mechanism for tumbling during the dry cycle, so it can take a very, very long time for stuff to dry.The directions are as bad as any I have read. I'll quote: "After drying it will automatically enter custody mode. The custody time is 6 hours (circulate the wind once every 1 hour to keep the air in the bucket fresh)." I haven't figured out custody mode or trusteeship mode. The rest of the directions I think I more or less understand.A few things you should know. The drain is gravity feed and doesn't have a way to anchor it to your sink or tub. Make sure the hose goes downhill and doesn't have any rises. The water supply tubing uses press fittings (like the supplies to the water purification taps you might have at your kitchen sink). It is very, very small. A full load could be one hand towel OR a few pair of socks, OR a cotton t-shirt. It simply isn't practical. You can't use it for a pair of jeans or a bath towel.I'll give this four stars because it does what it is supposed to do, and the listing is very clear regarding how much clothing you can put in it. If you want a very expensive way to wash your doll's clothing, this is it.

This thing is awesome! It cleans amazingly and fits right onto my shower head pipe. Despite it being small it does a really good job at washing. It takes a moment to get used to the icons on the screen but once you do it is perfect. It is also the only mini washing machine that does an awesome job spinning out the clothes. It’s like they took a full sized washer and made it fun sized! It is super easy to set up and move around when needed and I don’t have to fret putting in a spot where noise will be an issue because this thing is SILENT!The only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because the drying function is really more than a gimmick rather than a feature. It will struggle to dry clothing like undergarments or items of clothing that are thicker like socks. I am assuming it is more tailored to lace wear or something that would require little to no heat in a regular clothes dryer. If you are getting this for an RV or something like that, your best option would be to get a portable dryer or clothes line to dry the clothes. Otherwise you will be left with damp spots on your clothes.

This updated review is for the off white color washer with hot water washing capabilities. (Style: Hot wash-Drying-Spin )I previously purchased another variant (Style: Cold Wash-Drying-Drain ) & for some reason amazon will not allow me to post an independent review for the different variants. Instead I am redirected to this older review which I left for the dark gray cold water wash and thermal drying unit. A unit that I ended up returning for reasons outlined in the details at the very bottom of this page. My review for the grey color variant still stands at 2 stars.REVIEW FOR :Color: Off whiteStyle: Hot wash-Drying-SpinThis updated 5 star review is for the (Off white/ cream color washer)
Style: Hot wash-Drying-Spin versionMy first positive impression of this mini washer...- It was very well packaged to prevent damage during shipping.- Machine felt quite sturdy & well built,- A screw driver was even thoughtfully included with the unit to attach the bottom plastic plate. The forgivable Cons:- The instruction manual is poorly written which is usually the case when it has been translated from a foreign language to English.- Setting up the item for the first time, maybe it is just me but I completely misunderstood the fact that there is a plastic inner piece that is attached with 3 screws underneath the inner drum that has to be removed. I assume this insert serves to secure the drum to prevent damage during shipping. There is a sticker on this plastic attachment with instructions in foreign language that I'm also going to take the liberty of assuming directs you to unscrew & completely remove this plastic piece from the bottom of the machine, then you install the mini plastic bottom cover plate.(I will be attaching photos of the removable plastic piece I'm referring to in the hopes it will help out another buyer looking for answers)The problem is the stickered instructions is written in what seems to be chinese. It took some brainstorming on my part to figure out that this plastic attachment needed to be removed in order for the machine to work properly. 1 of the first clue is for the life of me I could not get the plastic bottom plate secured to the bottom of the washer because this inner plastic piece extruded about ¼" outside & this prevented the bottom plastic plate sitting flush under the washer, it would bulge out slightly when attached with the two included screws. Because of this bulge the drum of the machine was always in contact with whatever surface you place the washer on.Because I was unaware of this the first couple of times I ran the machine, the spin cycle was quite violent. (this is documented in the video I uploaded) The machine was practically walking off the stand because of how much it was shaking erratically. I actually started a return process thinking I was sent a defective unit. Unscrewing & removing the plastic insert entirely resolved this issueThe other issues I encountered was with the hot/wash cycle when selected, the drum would fill with water and then just sat for what seems like a good 20 minutes so I assumed that the hot water feature did not work but after leaving it overnight I woke up to freshly washed socks. It seems the machine just takes a while to heat the water so it seems like it's doing nothing which can lead to the premature assumption that this feature doesn't work.As of now I have ran about 5 cycles to fully test out the unit and it now runs flawlessly, The only thing so far that I'm not 100% sure of is the soap dispenser, I really cant tell if it really is dispensing the soap or not because the soap I put into it seems to always still be present of the end of each wash cycle. All in all it seems to be a brilliant little washer. There are 3 things that would make this a perfect mini washer.1)is if it was just a tad bit larger. It is advertised as 7 liters but something like a 15l drum size would be a much more useful size.2) If the machine was built with the drum slightly tilted it would be more useful because the machine could tumble dry your garments rather than them just swishing around in hot air pasted to the sides of the drum.3) Lastly, the parts supplied with it are not standard north american plumbing connection sizes so an adapter will most likely be needed to convert to the appropriate plumbing thread size.I will be cancelling the return I initiated because as of now the machine seems to be working as intended.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------REVIEW FOR…Color: GreyStyle: Cold Wash-Drying-DrainThe Pros: I was excited when I first received this machine because I found that it has a real spin cycle unlike most of these other micro washers that leaves your garments soaking wet. Leaving you with having to manually hand wring everything to remove excess water before drying them. It also accomplishes this without any fiddly separate plastic spin basket inserts etc.- There were no leaks from water inlet hookup or from the drain hose area.- It takes a while but does a decent job of drying your items. The CONS: Costs way too much for what it actually does & considering how small the load size is.- Does not really wash items very well, it just seems to rinse them at best.- There is no lint catcher so items frequently come out with lint residue on them.- All the function buttons are written in chinese language, again for a micro size washer that costs this much the product should have been fully tailored to the market it is being sold on.- It also seems the new norm now are appliances that costs hundreds of $$ but they cant even provide a proper manual with the product. This did not sit well with me along with the fact that there was no branding anywhere on the washer. It came with a couple sheets of instructions printed on paper that you would see from a home printer! This reeks of essentially a generic white label product slapped in a box with zero customization etc. This is unacceptable for a machine that costs the same or more than a full size mini washer that can hold 7 lbs of clothing & up. I really wanted to love this micro/mini washing machine but I just feel that because it's not really washing my garments that effectively eventually I would have to put my delicate undergarments in a full size washer every now and then to give them a proper wash which defeats the whole purpose of why I bought this washer in the first place. It would end up being be no more than an overpriced expensive gimmick.I also didn't like the fact that the inner drum not stainless steel. Again, It cost way too much for it to have a heated dryer function with a plastic inner drum.(ETA) My unit was also leaking water from the top somehow. After every wash there would be a tiny stream of water coming down the front of the machine from the top opening. It wasn't a significant leak that caused flooding but still noticeable.
