I like this brand, but I am never sure the color is what I expected. If the color matches my project, then I am very happy with it.
I originally got this webbing because I wanted it for hiking,as a webbing sort of rope. But it is not that type of webbing. This webbing is more suitable for sewing and crafting. I will use it as an edging and seam binding on the handbag that I am making. The webbing is a beautiful bright light bluish turquoise color. It is high quality and smooth, almost slippery feeling. It is easy to sew through and makes a good stiffener for the top edge of my bag. It functions great in this capacity.
I like the color, it is exactly what I was expecting and matches the fabric I wanted to use it with perfectly. The width is exactly 1" so it is perfectly compatible with 1" hardware. The length was only 115" which is a little shorter than expected, but still enough for my project. It is a nice, smooth, webbing that cuts and heat seals easily, but it is quite light weight. Being thin and flexible, it is better suited to smaller crossbody bags, tote bags or keyfobs, etc. It might be rates for more weight, but in my experience, the lighter weight webbing like this tends to start to fold, roll, and cut into your hand/shoulder with more weight which make it not as functional for heavier duty projects. I would use a stiffer, thicker seat belt webbing for that. It does feel durable if used appropriately. Nylon tends to be weather resistant. I am confident it will hold up well in the crossbody bag I am planning to use it for. The one thing I do not like is that it has a noticeable chemical smell. I am hoping that will go away with washing.
I ordered the champagne 1.5 inch webbing to make various tote bags and backpacks. The piece I received is on the slightly peachy-pink side of beige. My piece measured exactly 3 yards 8 inches long. This is a quite thin and fluid webbing, meaning it's pretty soft and very flexible unlike some other webbing out there that is more stiff. It's not appropriate webbing to use for a safety harness because it's thin and there's no information or rating for how much stress or weight it can hold, but it's fine for fashion and light use. It's a decent value at $6.99 for 3.3 yards.
Nice variety of pastel color webbing for projects. It's not strong enough for climbing or hoisting work as the title implies, but it's really made for aesthetic and project work. Colors are great and I appreciate the variety. They are held together with pins, so there are small holes all the way through the rolls.
I needed lightweight, brightly colored straps for making belts and backpack gear straps. Most available options tend to be black, which can be harder to spot if dropped outdoors. I chose the light blue straps and found them to be a great fit for my needs. The material is strong yet thin, making it easy to work with. It also handles well when doubled over and sewn, which helps create a secure end that stays in place with buckles. Overall, the color is vibrant and the quality meets expectations.
Good color and quality
This nylon webbing is strong, durable, and very versatile for a variety of uses. The heavy-duty construction makes it suitable for climbing, camping gear, crafting, or DIY projects, and the flat design allows easy threading and secure attachment. The material feels high-quality, resists fraying, and holds up well under tension.
