Easy to put together and is durable
This adjustable weight bench with leg extension and leg curl comes with 9 back positions and can be assembled and used easily. While this bench do the job perfectly, it is not the best I tried and the material used to make are good but not the most solid and sturdy one I have used in different benches. One the things I liked about it is how easy is to make it ready to use and store it based on the space it takes even before assembled it when it has arrived in a very small packaging and I thought that the begining that this is not actually=y the bench I ordered.
Not too hard to put together and it’s very stable.
Really sturdy and easy to assemble
I love this leg machine. Sturdy but portable. Just what I wanted.
This weight bench is a fantastic choice for anyone building a serious home gym setup. It feels sturdy and secure, even during heavier lifts, thanks to its reinforced steel frame and thoughtful ergonomic design. The wide range of adjustable positions allows for effective targeting of different muscle groups, making it ideal for presses, curls, sit-ups, and leg work. The inclusion of a preacher pad and leg extension station adds real value, transforming it into a full-body workout bench rather than just a simple press setup.Despite its solid build, it’s surprisingly easy to assemble and folds away neatly for compact storage - a big plus for smaller spaces. The padding and seat height are comfortable and well thought out, offering good support throughout longer sessions. Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced lifter, this bench feels reliable and versatile enough to handle your fitness goals with ease.
For the price , its great. Far enough off the ground to put larger weights on it bigger foam padding. Easy to change disciplines.
I’ve been using the Relipso adjustable weight bench for a while now, and I’d sum it up like this: it’s sturdy, but many of its “adjustable” features don’t make much sense in real-world use. On paper, the versatility looks great. In practice, the constant need to remove bolts or swap attachments mid-workout just isn’t practical.Build Quality:The bench itself feels solid and well-constructed. I didn’t notice any flex or flimsy parts, which is reassuring. That said, the way it’s designed means you’re constantly compromising between features and stability. The Folding Design:In theory, this bench folds up for easy storage. The support legs lock in place with pull pins and screws. The screws add rigidity, but once installed, you lose the ability to quickly adjust the legs for decline or ab work. Skip the screws, and the bench feels wobbly unless you carefully push both supports fully outward each time you use it.Attachments & Conflicts:The leg curl/extension bar is a great idea, but it isn’t quick-release. If left installed, you can't use the preacher pad. I'm only 5' 10" and doing leg curls on this was difficult because I can't quite get a good angle on it. The only way to use the preacher pad is to remove the leg bar or at very least just remove the leg curl part. The preacher pad itself works fine, but since the leg bar isn't a quick disconnect, you can’t use both together. Its a one or the other proposition unless you're willing to bolt/unbolt items during your workout.Trying to use the bench for upright rows is possible if you remove the preacher pad, but the included bar is too narrow and the chain connection feels cheap.Stability Issues:Another problem: because there’s no way to counterbalance the rear of the bench, adding more than ~70 lbs to the front causes it to tip forward. With a 35 lb plate, I noticed the rear lifted a couple inches off the ground before resting on the front plate — not ideal for stability.Bottom Line:The Relipso bench is built well, but the design is flawed. It tries to do too much, and the result is a compromise in nearly every area. If you bolt it all down for maximum stability, you lose flexibility. If you leave parts loose, it feels rickety. For the price, I think you’d be happier with a simpler, sturdier bench — even if it has fewer advertised features.TL;DR:Solid construction, but too many conflicting features. Stable only if bolted down, but then you lose adjustability. Tries to be a do-it-all bench and ends up being mediocre at most things. Save your money and get something simpler and sturdier.
It is really good the only thing was 1 part came bent nobody responded about that.
From my experience using this adjustable bench with the leg extension attachment, it sits comfortably in the mid-to-upper range for home equipment. It is not commercial grade, but it is definitely a step above the cheaper, lightweight benches you often see.Build & StabilityThe frame is well made, with clean, consistent welds, no bubbling in the coating, and no rough edges anywhere. It is not especially heavy, yet it feels grounded even before weight is added. There is no flexing or rocking when I sit or lean on it. Both stabiliser bars rest flat against the floor, and the rubber end caps grip well. I could not find confirmation on whether the bolts are zinc-coated, which would matter for anyone using this in a damp garage or shed. There are no alignment issues, bent parts, or uneven gaps. Nothing rattles or shifts once assembled, which speaks well of the overall finish.Adjustment MechanismsThe adjustment system is better than expected. The backrest, seat, preacher pad, and leg roller all move smoothly, and the holes are precisely drilled and evenly spaced. Pins lock firmly without wobble, and there is no side-to-side movement once the angle is set. Nothing feels loose, forced, or misaligned.Leg Developer & AttachmentsThe leg developer has a solid pivot joint with no sideways play, and the foam rollers are dense and securely fitted. There is a small amount of wobble in the lever arm, but nothing that makes the unit feel weak. The plate holder glides on and off without scraping.Padding & ComfortThe padding is thick, dense and supportive, much more like gym foam than soft furniture foam. The upholstery is neatly stitched, evenly shaped, and without any wrinkles or scuffs. The backrest and seat feel firm and supportive, with no sagging or pressure from the frame underneath.Assembly & FoldingThe “85% pre-assembled” claim was actually true. Most of the parts were already in place, and I only needed the included tool kit and the instructions to finish the job. Everything lined up properly, and there were no missing parts or any of the usual flat-pack headaches.I do not personally need to fold the bench, but I tested it anyway. It folds into a compact, brick-like shape without the pads rubbing or crushing against each other, and the leg developer tucks away neatly.Weight RatingThe advertised 550 kg capacity is clearly a static rating (weight evenly spread across the frame), not a dynamic lifting capacity. The bench does not feel sufficiently rock-solid to convince me it could safely reach that figure in use, so the rating seems optimistic. In use, it feels well proportioned rather than cramped, and the 53 cm seat height was ideal for me (average height). It keeps my spine neutral, and leg positioning during presses, curls, and rows feels natural rather than forced. All in all, this is a well-made bench for home use: sturdy frame, supportive padding, a decent leg extension mechanism, and no signs of cut corners. It is not a commercial tank, and the weight rating is optimistic, but for typical home workouts it feels reliable, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
The price-quality ratio is one of the best. It's big, it's solid, very versatile, well thought out!!! the only observation, work more on the plastic bushings. Otherwise, superb and beautiful. I suggest you buy this one!
The Upgraded Adjustable Weight Bench with Leg Extension and Leg Curl is good quality. It is very study and solid. The bench is comfortable. Assembly is straightforward. The preacher curl setup is a little awkward with the bar and chain setup. You can use Olympic or standard weight plates on the leg extension. For a home gym, this bench is a really nice option. If you have a bunch of dumbbells and some weight plates, you can get in a whole-body workout with this bench. Overall, it is a really nice option for anyone starting out in weight training or for people getting back into working out.
