This is amazing!! a huge cut above of the one I bought before this one and sent back. This one has got big power. It’s a bigger carriage. It has a better surface to stand on. It is a bit of a challenge to figure out how to work it, but I’ll get there.

I was looking for a fun workout idea during my work breaks and to be able to store under the table and in the office. This vibration plate did the trick! It is easy to use, but be prepared that it shakes you. The vibrations are strong. You can choose the settings and adjust it to your likings. I personally think this is not really for weight loss, but it’s a great break for your body from work or sitting or lying down all day. I didn’t really feel any pain relief, but my body overall felt much better after the small movements on it. The machine overall is sturdy, heavy. I think it can hold big weights. Also something new and fun and so far enjoyable.

I'm not a fitness expert but I can definitely tell you from first hand experience that level 120 is probably only for elite athletes (I lasted about 30 seconds). At the other extreme, level 1 is going to be tough for people with average fitness. Honestly I can't exercise on the machine but after a workout it feels good like a full body massage running at 30 miles per hour. If your legs are tired, they will be even more tired from having to stabilize you on top of the machine so I find it to be more of a warm up machine than a cool down. Better athletes would probably differ with that opinion so your mileage might vary. Happily the machine comes fully assembled except for the exercise bands and batteries (not included) for the remote.

Works well. Easy to use.

After reading the instructions the product would get the front side red-light power on. But the unit would not Power up from the top button or even from the remote. The unit would not vibrate so I am returning the unit to Amazon.

This is the first vibration plate I have owned, so I don't have any other ones to compare it to. However, I have been satisfied with this one so far. It was easy to figure out how to use it. The remote control is nice, because you don't have to bend down to change the speed, time, or turn it off or on. The remote will only turn the vibration off and on, but the main power switch will still be on until you turn off the switch in the front of the unit. It isn't too heavy, so you can move it around easily wherever you want to use it. The suction cups at the bottom keep it in place during use. My husband and I both work desk jobs, so sometimes our legs get restless in the evening. We have both enjoyed using this to help our legs relax, and it has offered some pain relief. I think it is helping with my circulation as well. The vibration levels go up several levels. I have still only used the first 2 out of 10 levels. I haven't used the included arm bands yet, but I love that it has that option. My only complaint, which is minor, is that the cord is rather short. You will have to be close to an outlet or use an extension cord.

Loving this machine, it's really helped with muscle soreness, and pain relief. Has nice grips on the bottom to prevent slipping, good quality and functions well. The remote is great so you don't have bend over to switch settings. Only bad thing I have noticed so far is that if you pause it then restart it restarts your time.

Works great to help relieve sore legs after running.
