I ordered this for the keyboard so I look upon the mouse as an added bonus. The thin, sleek keyboard looks expensive in its stainless steel finish and is very compact considering it contains a full-sized keyboard. It is rechargeable with a long, 120 day standby time on 1 charge which only takes around 2-3 hours. The mouse is OK but not of quite the same high-quality as the keyboard.. This doesn't worry me as I am very happy with my existing mouse so didn't plan on using this one, (I will keep it as a spare). I briefly tested the mouse for this review, and found it works well and feels comfortable, (it can't compare to my existing one but that cost more than tis whole TECKNET bundle, so that's not a surprise)! There is a tiny USB dongle for wireless connection, (by 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi - not Bluetooth), with a range of around 49 ft (15 m), and the set up is as simple as can be due to being Plug and Play. The compatibility includes Windows 11/10/8/7/XP, MAC, Android Smart TVs, desktops, laptops, and most USB-enabled devices, (but it is worth noting some multimedia hotkeys may have limited compatibility with macOS). I have only tried this with Windows 11 so far, and everything worked perfectly. The scissor-switch keys are responsive and allow for fast, comfortable typing and I am grateful for the inclusion of a number pad on the right, (a lot of other slim, compact keyboards skimp on this). There are also a range of media shortcut keys which allow control of features including, brightness, volume, music playback etc.I've owned several other TECKNET products to date, all of which have been great value for money, and this keyboard & mouse combo is no exception. The mouse is good but what really stands out for me is the excellent quality of the keyboard, which I think is more than worth the whole bundle price. At the full retail price, (£32.99 currently), I believe this represents value for money and makes a good investment.

Delivery and packaging:The keyboard / mouse combo arrives in a neatly packed and designed plain cardboard box, with the keyboard lying atop the mouse in an insert. There is also a charging cable - USB A to C.Build and design:The keyboard is very thin and low profile. It's very much the style of a laptop keyboard but a full sized 100% ISO layout. The mouse is a little small for my large hands and is a standard design with the two large clickable buttons and a middel scroll wheel / third button. It's a light sensitive mouse and the on/off sliding switch is situated on the bottom of the unit. The keyboard has a storage slot for the 2.4 GHz receiver at the back adjacent to the USB C charging socket and on / off slider.the QWER keys can be used to change the keyboard to work with Android, Windows iOS.The build quality of both is very plastic in feel and very light in weight. Cheap feeling build quality. but bear in mind this is a keyboard / mouse set for £30 (at time of writing).Product in use.The keyboard worked absolutely fine, connecting to my Mac Mini and to my Windows 11 system with no issues via the 2.4GHz receiver. The mouse connected too with no issues.Typing on the keyboard has a loose clicky feel and the large flat keys feel like typing on a plastic laptop. I had no problem getting used to it with only a few typing errors and improving quickly. The mouse, being very light is also very responsive, moving the cursor at the slightest nudge. The two main buttons are very quiet and muffled. The same goes for the scrolling motion of the centre wheel but the scroll wheel button has a loud sharp clicking sound. Conclusion:For £30, this is a good value keyboard and mouse set with adequate scissor switch / rubber dome low profile feel to the typing and a compact design for a full sized layout, leaving no space around the edges of the keys at the edges. The mouse is light and very responsive and the set charges quickly and even arrives with charge in the devices, ready to go, right out of the box. This is definitely a set worth considering if you are after a utilitarian style keyboard and mouse and aren't too bothered about high quality build. This will do the job for you with no issues at a very reasonable price.

How is this keyboard 15.99 at the time of this writing. This is an excellent budget board. I mean, really nice for the money. Emphasis on "for the money", as is the case for any budget board. It's not going to stack up to boards 2-3x it's price or more, but you'd be hard pressed to find anything better at this price point.

This keyboard is really nice for the price. I love the mechanical switches and RGB effects. There are tons of RGB patterns and colors, including some that are off when keys are not pressed, which is great for me since the keyboard is in my bedroom and RGB can be too bright at night. I mostly love the layout, though I don't like that you have to sacrifice the / ? key to have arrow keys. Also, the pause hotkey (FN + I) doesn't appear to work. It's also worth emphasizing that this is a WIRED keyboard. There is no bluetooth or other wireless connectivity. The included USB-C cable was also a little stiff and kinked, so I replaced it with a spare braided USB-C that I had lying around. Overall, I'm really happy with this keyboard and think its a great budget option for a cheap upgrade.

The TECKNET wireless keyboard and mouse combo is excellent value. The keyboard is ultra-thin but still full-size, so typing feels natural and comfortable with no cramped keys. The keys have a soft, quiet press — ideal for office work or late-night typing without disturbing anyone. The mouse is equally silent, smooth to use, and fits comfortably in the hand. Both devices connect instantly via the 2.4G dongle with zero lag, and the rechargeable batteries last a long time between charges. The UK QWERTY layout is correct (big win), and overall the setup feels clean, modern, and reliable. If you want a slim, quiet, and hassle-free wireless keyboard/mouse set for your PC or laptop, this is a solid choice.

TECKNET Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo – ReviewThe keyboard and mouse have a clean, minimalistic design with a grey colour that would go well with most office setups. The keyboard looks to have a metallic finish, but upon closer inspection, I think this is just plastic. The keys on the keyboard are fine; they are well-balanced with good weighting, but do lack some travel and feedback. For a low-profile office keyboard, they are about what you would expect. The wireless connectivity and reliability have been excellent on this keyboard in my testing. The keyboard connects quickly, and I didn’t experience any connection dropouts, which is great. The wireless mouse included is a little disappointing; it's quite flat, so not very comfortable to grip and use for extended periods of time. The precision and tracking, along with the buttons, are fine, but it's not ideal for people with larger hands. Both devices are rechargeable via USB-C, which is good to see compared to micro USB, etc.Overall, for £29.99, at the time of review, this keyboard and mouse combo offers solid quality and connectivity for an affordable price. With the mouse being a little disappointing, I would only recommend this combo to people with medium to small hands. 4 stars.

Disclaimer: All opinions are my own and I pride myself on unbiased reviews that can help others decide whether something is worth it.It works. If you don’t have a keyboard or have never owned a mechanical keyboard this isn’t awful. But if you’ve owned a good quality board this is not great. You can easily get a different brand of mechanical keyboard that is worlds above this one thought for around the same budget. I got the red switches and it sounds pretty bad and hollow.. The switches NEED to be lubed. There’s really no saving this unless you lube it. I think lubing the switches should really help. There are SOOOOO many shortcuts all over this board that you access through the FN key. Without the OEM keycaps with all the shortcuts printed on them you’ll have no idea where anything is so keep that in mind if you plan on changing out the keycaps. I’ve memorized at the very least where the arrow keys are since this is a 60% and there’s no dedicated arrow keys. You NEED arrow keys. You press FN + the 4 keys directly next to it for the arrows. This does have RGB backlight though and you can easily change how the lights breath, the colors, the brightness, so that’s pretty nice. Still this is a pretty solid, beginner mechanical keyboard. Sadly not hot swappable and no arrow keys, however all the functions are there via the shortcuts. It’s small and lightweight, very simple. No bluetooth or wireless capabilities; it’s wired only via USB-C (cable included). It has magnetic feet on the bottom for you to angle as needed which is a nice touch. It doesn’t angle all too much though. Also since it took me a little bit to figure you, to angle it more you’ll need to turn the magnetic feet 90° to make it a bit higher. It’s still not too high though. Simple and no frills. For a (beginner) mechanical keyboard this isn’t the worst.

This TECKNET wireless keyboard and mouse combo turned out to be way better than I expected. The keyboard is slim, full-size, and very comfortable to type on, and the fact that it’s rechargeable is a big plus. The mouse is quiet and smooth, perfect for working without any annoying clicks. Setup was instant — just plug in the receiver and it works. The UK layout is accurate, and everything feels well-built and reliable. Overall, a great set that performs exactly as you’d hope.

This review is for the TECKNET 60% Wired Gaming KeyboardI got this keyboard out of curiosity. I have a coworker who is a Linux terminal wizard who prefers this style of keyboard for its simplicity and size. Its reduced size is perfect for me as a backup keyboard when wireless options are not working. I normally use Logitech keyboards and mice. Recently, I got another mouse and when I went to pair it, I couldn’t because I had too many devices paired with my current unifying receiver. I had to unplug my current USB receiver and plug in the new receiver to pair with the mouse. The problem is that I couldn’t use my wireless keyboard anymore to advance to the next screen to pair my new mouse. This keyboard came to the rescue. The weight of the keyboard is a pleasant surprise. It feels solid. The feet have the perfect amount of friction to keep it fixed on my desk while I type. The mechanical sound of this keyboard is fun. I personally wouldn’t want to listen to this everyday, but that is just personal preference. After having used it, I am also not a fan of the style. I use the navigation keys on the right side of a regular keyboard a lot. Navigation keys aside, I suspect that I can type on this keyboard faster than my regular keyboard because of the excellent feel. It is easy to type on. I’m using it right now to type this review. My one critique is that I wish the keyboard had a way to switch to a single color for the keys. It would be nice to be able to step through standard colors to match the rest of your system. Bright white would also be nice a6s the user is getting used to the keyboard layout.
