I recently ordered this awesome waterproof winter coat for young men, and I am thoroughly impressed with the overall quality considering the affordable price point. Amazing and warm.. I love it.

At the time I got this jacket it was $70, now it’s 60 and I’ll be adjusting my rating as such. I selected the 14-16 size and it fit me as the sizing was accurate. Now what mainly attracted me was the design aspect, which I’m pretty pleased with; colors are bright and it really “pops.” The inside fleece is comfortable and covers throughout all the inner surface. I’d say that by itself will work well as a top in 30 degree F weather, and deflects water well. What impressed me most was the detachable hood; never have I had a jacket like that before. With the hood gone I can wear it with different variations no problem, and the zipper + buttons are nice enough to where I don’t need to be gentle all the time.Downsides: I found that the detachable hoodie is less convenient to cover the chin area as there is a velcro strap that you need to put across your neck. For the logo I know things can get lost in translation, but boylove? I’m still going to rock it, but if I was a kid like this jacket was marketed for I’d be embarrassed.Overall impressive, I’ll be using this for my future trip to Japan in the winter.

I love this coat but a little confused on the name/ words on the coat! Boylove? So this boy loves boys? I’m not sure. I just removed that from the coat. WATERPROOF at its finest, with a super soft fur on the inside to keep you warm when temperatures are chilly. The quality is nice with the hood coming up to cover the face in its entirety once the flaps on the sides are in place. The zipper is smooth and the pockets roomy. Great functional coat!Runs large! So room for hoodie inside or NO NEED for hoodie.

The coat itself is very good quality, it is water resistant and windproof material on the outside, with a nice fluffy inside. It's a very warm winter jacket. It does run small. My son is pretty small for his age, and usually really good in 14/16, but this is pretty small on him, I would recommend going 1 or 2 sizes up. My other issue is the logo on the front. I didn't pay attention to the brand name when I got it, I guess it is "Boylove" and it is also printed on the front of the jacket. It's really a really uncomfortable thing to have on your child's jacket, for me and my son, so I'm going to have to figure out a way to remove or cover that before he wears it in public. Other than the size and the brand name issue (this being my main issue), the jacket is fantastic.

I got this winter coat for my nephew who is moving to a cooler climate. He needed something that would keep him warm and be waterproof for a place with a lot of snow. This coat is high quality and will meet his needs. It is lined and has a hood. The fabric is good quality. That all said, the brand name is atrocious and I hate that the name is on the chest of the jacket.
