In the description that says that it can fit under furniture, but it does not! It is quite tall and hard to find a place for it in my small home. However, it is a very good quality product and does all what it claims to. The tilt and vibration is extremely good and creates a sense of imbalance which is hard to overcome. It definitely works the core muscles! It has suction cups on the floor so it's impossible to move and is heavy duty. It's very easy to feel the effects of it. The remote is full of different functions to explore. I spent 5 minutes on this my first time and did feel a lot of things moving, including bladder type movements! I felt it even up in my kidneys. Will be very interesting to see how this impacts me as I continue to use it. The instruction manual is comprehensive and covers pretty much everything. There are so many spelling errors in here and that made me a little skeptical at first. Using this though, I do like it. It is quite small compared to some of the pictures. There's no way I would be able to sit cross-legged on it as pictured. It is not that big.

This vibration plate blows away the older model that I had before. It's bigger and also much stronger, more intense. It also has variable speeds and a remote to control speed and time. Good quality bands and attachment points. Also has a long power cord, very much appreciated. A keeper here.

I'm looking forward to seeing the long-term benefits, but for now, I'm enjoying the relaxation and muscle relief it provides.

This is my first vibration plate so I didn't know what to expect. I had heard this was really helpful to deal with pain and inflammation issues. I don't know if it's true but using this does make me feel better. It is easy to use, the remote works good and the display is easy to see and the buttons are easy to use. There are a lot of different settings and modes and comes with pictures of exercises that you can use it for. I am far off from being able to work out on this but for now I am enjoying standing on it doing the whole body exercise as well as putting my feet on it while I sit on the couch. It takes some getting used to it you've never used it, your body definitely gets shaken but in a good way. I like this a lot and plan to try different settings and poses the more comfy I get. I do like this and recommended it to several people that also struggle with pain issues.
