I’ve said it before, I am a huge fan of advent calendars, and I’ve always given one to my kids who are now adults, since they were little. I especially love advent calendars that are unique, and this Makeup advent calendar is one of those! Inside this box that has 24 numbered doors, are 24 different makeup products that almost any woman would love! Yes, this would be a good gift for a teenager or young adult, but it’s actually a really fun gift that almost any woman would appreciate. The 24 different products are all unique and versatile enough for nearly every skin tone. The colors are fairly neutral, which makes it even better. And the price is right on the money! I can’t wait to give this to my adult daughter… I know she will have a great time with this advent calendar! This is a great gift that gives a recipient 24 days worth of gifts, which is 23 more than most! It’s definitely a great gift that keeps on giving!

I purchased this as a gift for my niece who is turning 12 and loves makeup. I took a peak at it and I think she'll love it! It has everything a starting artist needs from eyeliner to concealer. The only thing I'll need to get is foundation! It even came with cute nail stickers. Great buy!

I'll get back with a better review as I'm waiting for December to open this.For now all I can say is it arrived on time and looks like fun.

And to try various makeup products in one set.The make up set comes with full-size makeup must-haves: Eyeshadows, Mascara, Eyeliner, Contour, Highlighter, Blush, Concealer, Lip gloss, Lipstick, and Lip balm, Eyebrow Pencil, Glitter Gel, Eyelash Curler, Lipstain, Eyebrow Razor. The eye lash compact curler was a bonus for me as I have one already and they work great.From the set, so far I like the eye shadow and blush. I also like that these products are full size and no mini or sample sized. However the color palates cannot be customized to your needs and can be a mixed bag.Overall still a 5/5 stars because of the fun and an advent calendar of 24 days of makeup product surprises.

I got this for my teen daughter. I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items as they seem slightly better than I would expect from an advent calendar with sample items. As expected, not all of the items are usable due to skin tone or color matches, but the items are all fun and different and make for a good advent calendar experience

If You're Expecting high quality makeup you will be disappointed, but if you are expecting a very Charming way to count down the days to Christmas during Advent with a young girl or even a teenager this will definitely do the trick. The products are small and easy to use with nice colors being flattering to any age. This Christmas advent calendar is perfect for the person who loves cosmetics! The variety inside this calendar covers it all!When I first opened the package I was excited by what I saw! The packaging is bright and cheerful and very appealing! I knew it was coming and I was still genuinely very excited once I opened the packed just by the looks of it. The advent is large and heavy. You can tell this is absolutely a quality advent calendar. My stepdaughter and I open a couple products per day, and the products are definitely quality products. We opened the mascara, which works as you'd expect mascara to work. It lasts all day and doesn't sweat off or end up below your eyes. We also opened the contour. I was excited to try the contour and I was very happy with how well that worked, as well as that lasting all day. We opened the liquid eye liner, which I used on my upper eye lids and it definitely lasted all day. I also opened a lip balm that I love and now carry in my purse. I opened the lip liner, it wasn't a color I've used before, but I liked it a lot and it had me try something I never tried before and never knew would look good on me! All of the make-up that we tried lasted until I washed it off at night, lasting about 13 hours. We did not open every piece, yet. However, the pieces that were opened are of good quality and I anticipate the rest will be the same. I am excited to open the eye shadow and the highlighter. We are opening two more tomorrow, I hope it's those two! I know it's not Christmas, yet. However, we are using this as a fun little excuse to take some time out of our busy schedules with work and her school and field hockey to take a few minutes to do something fun together, that we both love- cosmetics! She is 15 and I'm 43. This advent calendar is perfect for any age make-up lover! The price point for this is amazing! The variety you receive is thought-out and more than you would expect. This advent calendar is impressive. This would make an incredible gift for any make-up lover. Or, if you're looking for something unique to do to bond with your child (or anyone else) who also loves make-up, there are no rules- you can use it as we have to help us take some time to do something fun each day for a few minutes.This advent calendar really hit the mark in all areas. The packaging, the quality of the make-up and the overall advent calendar. If I had not gotten this myself, and received this as a gift, I would be so excited and happy to have gotten this as a gift.I would like to note that on the back of the calendar is a description of the products within the calendar.
