Recently I moved and unfortunately there are little to no gyms in my area. The ones that are here are $50 a month and need a year subscription minimum. Personally, i do prefer a whole gym with the equipment but I decided to give this a shot with just a bench and some weights and so far I'm loving it. The ability to adjust the bench to different angles lets you work out every muscle group with ease just with the bench and some weights. So far I have been getting great workouts from the comfort of my garage. First I will start off with my favorite things. The padding is very comfortable, the hinges are tight enough to not flop around but loose enough to move with ease. The bench is really sturdy and easy to move thanks to the wheels and handle. There is one thing I would change though. The directions say to put on the padding basically last, and I found this a little difficult to do and I thought it may be easier to put on earlier due to the bolt locations. I do like how they included all the tools you needed to assemble, the only tools I used were the ones given. It did take a little while to put together but that is not necessarily a bad thing and really shows the build quality, sturdiness, and emphasis on safety. I will say, if you have power tools it will be MUCH faster to put together. Not that it is hard just time consuming with my limited abilities. Overall great weight bench, sturdy, safe, and relatively easy to put together!

Needed to upgrade to a new bench since my other one gave out on me and I about broke my neck. Put this together super easily and used it several times already. Absolutely love it! It’s extremely sturdy but mobile at the same time. I love how the top and lower parts of the seat move as well. Overall great buy for a home gym with heavier weights.

Good weight bench, it is high quality like that of a professional gym. It has great stability and the height is adjustable how you want it. It is safe for home gyms and can be a good bench press. You are getting a lot of value for your money and it is the perfect product for an at home gym. It is easy to assemble as well and only takes an hour or two to put together. 5/5 stars, great bench.
