08-03-2026After getting everything hooked up, would not connect to internet. Called customer service, very nice gentleman. Very loud background noise, but he was helpful in how to return the CPU after asking if I could just go buy another wi fi connector to make sure it was the cpu and not the wifi connector (that you can hear the screws rolling around in) and trying to upsell me into another cpu with higher graphics card (though this is a gaming pc). It'll take aprox a week to get it squared away. Hopefully can rate it higher at that time. Til then deal with a screaming gamer with no unit. Big suggestion of take the insurance out on it.

08-03-2026Very terrible experience. The pc does not work well. I tried replacing it but they kept sending the wrong parts. It took me over 3 weeks to get going. Buy this product at your own risk.

08-03-2026Tenia miedo de que no llegara lo que pedí por ser mi primera vez comprando reacondicionado, pero llego muy bien empacada y funciona excelente. El teclado y el mouse se sienten un poco barato el plástico pero funcionan muy bien, incluso venían una bocinas qué se escuchan decentes. Sin duda volvería a comprar!

08-03-2026Had to return because it did t function properly. Got a static filled green hp picture, that disappeared as fast as it came up.I guess it may have good for the value that makes me have to rate it one star. This got a 32nd of a star.
