08-03-2026I ordered this laptop for my job and I do a ton of video calls a day. I was slightly disappointed by the sound quality and the volume is not as loud as my last Lenovo laptop. I do love the resolution of the screen and the graphics look amazing. So far the keyboard is extremely satisfying to type on and it seems like a good value for the price. Would likely buy it again in the future.

08-03-2026I picked up this Lenovo laptop to replace my 7 year old Lenovo laptop that had the motherboard fail. I couldn't be happier with the configuration, plenty of RAM, loads of storage and the processor is plenty quick. I waited a few months to review so I could test it out and I'm still as happy today as when I first got it setup. The speed is still there, it boots up super fast and not a single problem. I do recommend this laptop.

These changes are not covered by Lenovo's warranty.This is the 5th time I’ve reposted this and I’ll keep reposting this until Amazon tells me why they are taking down my comments. Comments are supposed to be for the customer to get an idea of the quality and ethics of a product or seller… The seller doesn’t respond to emails.

Just ran the updates once we had it on our wireless and it installed them all incredibly quickly, despite the price. The games we run on it (Minecraft + Among Us) run flawlessly (albeit, lower some settings in Minecraft). Other than that, perfect little laptop for our little lady!

08-03-2026The laptop was very easy to set up, which is something I hate doing. It is very quick and gives brief explanations for it's features. It is sturdy as Lenovo usually is. The picture is better than my previous Lenovos. It was on sale during Prime Day so the price was great. I don't know how good the battery is because I don't really take it around and use it.

08-03-2026This is a very reliable laptop. It was recommended to me by a friend who deals with computers and repairs. I needed to get rid of my old desktop so opted for this laptop. It has everything I need for my home and business. I did have my friend transfer all of my files etc from the old desktop to this laptop. It runs quickly and quietly.Very refreshing from my desktop. I have hooked up my larger monitor from my old computer although the monitor on this is pretty big.This is a good buy in our opinion for all of my needs.
